I went to Dr. Nelson at the recommendation of one of my friends at the gym for my heel pain. I had had some success with acupuncture, but knew I needed more specialized care. Dr. Nelson performed a thorough evaluation of me from head to foot, looking first at my movement patterns and then at the individual muscles inhibiting my proper movement. He then performed ART (Active Release Technique) to those segments, retested and low and behold, the muscle fired correctly. He sent me home with exercises and since then my heel has been doing much better. I’m actually a sports medicine doctor myself and can truly say there is no one in the area that is able to do what he does and would recommend him to anyone, especially an athlete in heartbeat.
