Reading the prior review, it’s not like I’ve gotten my ring reappraised anywhere else, but my boyfriend paid what he paid for it as a Valentine’s Gift to me. It was too large, so I had to bring it back for a readjustment at no charge.
Friendly service, dropped it off and picked it up later the same day with no trouble.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. My bf purchased a blue topaz gold bracelet which the store’s saleswoman claimed was solid gold. When I got it, I was certain it was plated or otherwise layered since the surface was irregular in certain places. and the inside of the links looks like the surface was poured on. The weight of the bracelet was also off so there was no way the bracelet was solid gold as claimed. The links on the ends looked like the bracelet had broken previously and it was haphazardly fixed and even had plier marks on them! When I went back to the store with my bf to confront the saleswoman, she became very hostile and refused to issue a refund.
