I read read reviews about this place and heard that Pol was amazing. She truly was! She made me feel comfortable as well as making sure she got every hair gone! She also made sure I got the discounts for my first time etc. will come back again!

I come here every 2 weeks religiously. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Every time Farjana does my hair or my brows it’s amazing!!! I praise her everyday for 2 weeks until she does it again, then I praise her all over again. I do recommend you make an appointment and try eyebrow tinting.

Pol and Joy are my two favorite girls for many years! Work always done in a timely and professional way with affordable pricing. Both are kind and genuine, and the store, despite of being small in size, offers a welcoming feeling with instrumental, calming music, TV for weather and news on closed caption, a small massage chair available, perfect temperature no matter if it is summer, winter or in-​between. Sometimes they even have water bottle, soda can and a small bowl of candies! Such a treat! I, personally, like the bonus card where you do 5 of the same service and get 1 FREE. Just ask the girls for perks and tell them that I wrote a review on Unilocal.Like my review? This is my go to place for waxing. The ladies are very nice and they talk to you and really get to know you. They really make sure that you have no hairs left in which ever part of your body to wax (lol) I’m currently 8 ½ months pregnant and she made sure I was comfortable and asked me to make sure that I was feeling okay. Even tho she had me in the funniest position, she still made me feel comfortable lol. I’m glad I found this place because it’s really hard to find a waxing place that will treat your lady parts good ;)

I got a Brazilian wax also and was not too satisfied with it. It was more painful than other ones that I’ve gotten, but I haven’t gotten one with strips in a while. I guess I am just used to the hard wax. She got all the hairs off, but when I got home. there was a little blood residue. No wonder it was so painful! She took off a little skin.
This place is always packed, so try not to go during peak hours. i.e., weekends. I found the best time to go was right after work around 5−6pm.

Clean place, very nice employees and great customer service when I came in with my 5 month old. Will be back again!

Took my cousin to get her hair done for her engagement. Wish I would’ve asked the stylist her name, she was extremely sweet and knew right off the bat the type of updo we were looking for an extremely reasonable price. We are extremely satisfied clients and cannot imagine going anywhere else for our party makeovers. Thank you queens beauty parlor !!

INCREDIBLE. I had a Brazilian wax done today by Pol. This is not my first Brazilian, but it was at Queens Beauty Parlor. She was amazing. She was kind, sweet, thorough and most importantly… she didn’t hurt! It took about 10 minutes and even the parts that hurt the most weren’t terrible.
They played good music which kept me occupied; room is small but clean. Best part, because it was my first time, I received 20% off which means I only paid $ 26. I will definitely be back to this hidden gem.

I get my waxing done here. They do a great job every time and the staff are all lovely.
No need to try anywhere else, this place is the bomb.

After seeing amazing reviews, why not stop in right? Two months ago I had a MAJOR mess-​up on my eyebrows by Threading Way on Steinway (they gave me two skinny lines for eyebrows) so I’ve been growing them out since then.
My eyebrows are not crazy bushy, or weirdly shaped, or unibrow-​status. I’m lucky enough that my eyebrows are pretty nicely shaped, they just need a clean up really. So, when i went in and they said «cleaned up?» I was like YES! I specified not too thin and she nodded.
She «finished» in literally 90 seconds. I was extremely worried because that is ridiculous. She basically ruined any shape for my eyebrows and I was extremely upset (especially after having them ruined 2 months prior somewhere else). They saw I was upset, asked if they could fix it but they couldn’t because the shape was ruined and if they tried to fix it, I would be left with nothing else.
Luckily they refused to let me pay since I was upset, which is where the 2 starts comes in, but next time, take your time doing eyebrows, actually listen to your customer. Thanks. I would NOT recommend this place.

Went yesterday to get eyebrows done I really needed a place that knows how to them especially it got messed up. Pol was very nice and took time I actually tried the tint along with threading and I am hooked! Pol tried to even out my brows but with a little more growing I will be able to achieve my goal and nourish my brows again. 20% off first time eyebrow thread tinting and upper lip treat for 22 bucks not bad at all. They do charge tax if you use card.
