I’ll give them two stars because of the three times I used them, they showed up twice. The third time, the morning of Mother’s Day, they didn’t show up. I had made a reservation the night before. I double checked with the dispatcher before I hung up to make sure he had the right address, time, etc, because I had a bad feeling. After they didn’t show up, leaving me stuck, I called them. They had no record of my reservation. Some«lady» answered and couldn’t have been ruder. Called back later in the evening, got a guy who also couldn’t have cared less. Didn’t make an offer for a discount, nothing. I hope they go out of business. Other than that, they’re great and I wish them well.
