Absolutely HORRENDOUS in every way possible, especially the customer service here. The quality of what they sell is also cheap and cannot compare to its competitor Cali Caliente further up on Steinway Street. I bought two pairs of jeans, both riped within the first month (and no, it is not because they were too tight). The last time I walked in there (tried actually), around 1 pm, the man and woman workers (only ones in there) were eating and the door was locked. They gave me such a nasty look when I tried to open the door, I tried to pull it the second time and they just stood there with a nasty look.
