I ordered a birthday arrangement from them online. I upgraded to the premium arrangement. What was received was disappointingly nothing like what was depicted online. Instead of the arrangement that clearly included 2 dozen long stem roses, many carnations and other flowers we received one that was mostly green filling and had only 6 small bud roses and 5 pink carnations.
I contacted them and explained my disappointment but they just blew me off.
Most of the flowers including the roses withered on the second day indicating they were not fresh.
This place was a complete rip off.

I have had nothing but an awesome experience every time I have bought flowers here. The guy that owns the place is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It’s downstairs from my apartment so it’s my go to place when I want to surprise my wife with some flowers or a plant. I know nothing about flowers so I tend to walk in there and point at something and ask him to design something around that colored one right there. Other times I will ask what is appropriate for a certain occasion and he hasn’t steered me wrong.
Also after an enormous debacle with 1800 flowers on my anniversary for valentines day I asked him if he delivers to downtown Manhattan. He does. The amazing part is that the delivery price was much more reasonable than 1800 flowers and guess what, the flowers actually showed up and in a timely manner!
