Never again. We get a call that our order is downstairs. We go down there and no one is there. You order delivery to have it at our door.
So we call them and the guy goes now I’m here so I say my apartment number. He says in a mean voice come down stairs. Oh I’m sorry you don’t want to wait for us so you call five minutes away? What sense does this make. Did I mention he was on a bike? We were like OK maybe he called cause he doesn’t wanna double park. NOPE! Its sad because we have ate at this location and the staff is nice.
As for the food it was meh. The chicken sticks were dry but the beef stick delicious. The delivery guy just ruined it for us. We got a free Pepsi & Egg roll for some reason. Seriously hire a better delivery gut. Every single duck sauce had some specs in it, what is that? This will be our last time going and ordering from them.

Food arrived relatively quickly, especially considering weather conditions. Delivery guy was very friendly.
However, while the entrees were piping hot, both soups were barely room temp, and the wonton in hot oil tepid.
Steamed dumplings were a bit doughy, but edible.
Small General Tso’s Chicken was HUGE! Sauce was rather watery, though. Still, hit the spot.
Wonton in Hot Oil were fine. Very thick dumplings, opposed to the usually thin wontons used in this dish. But a very generous portion, which could make a meal itself.
Egg Drop Soup was fine once reheated. Needed a little doing up with peppers and salt. Same with the hot and sour soup.
Mongolian Beef was hefty in portion. Heavy on the onion, though with plenty of beef. Odd, though, that it was in a red sauce… as I’ve always had this dish done with dry seasoning.
Overall, for the price tag, decent option. I’d say solidly on my back up list if my #1 spot isn’t available.

I enjoyed ordering from this place and never had a problem until one day I ordered and the deliver man told me that next time I should go downstairs and get the food that I ordered. That will definitely NOT happen. I do not give you a tip for nothing. Very turned off by the experience. With that, I will not be ordering from them again.

No stars if I could. I found a piece of metal in my food!!! They didn’t even refund me the entire bill. Sesame chicken 8.25 and they gave me $ 7.00 dollars back.

My mother ordered a beef with broccoli lunch special with fried rice.
The guy gave her beef fried rice.
My mother told him the order was wrong, to which the guy blatantly said, «You f*cked up your order. Too bad.»
Unbelievably rude. No matter how good the food is, no one should be talking to a 70 year old woman with that tongue.

Without question, this is the best Chinese food in town… It’s the only place I trust when it comes to any chicken dish, tried them all in the Broadway Astoria vicinity… and delivery is fast! My second goto place for Chinese delivery would have to be East Garden, also well priced and super fast!

I ordered the combo plate of General Taos. Upon calling they were very friendly and helpful. I loveddddd the gooey sticky almost honey based sauce they used. I love my chicken to be crispy as well and this was definitely crispy and extremely delicious! I ordered the chicken fried rice and loved the Mount of chicken and onions they added. If I’m in the area again I might just ask for extra onion in it cause it was just fantastic! Also if you spend 10 bucks they throw in a can of pop for free. I also ordered their crab Rangoon and I have had better but these were still pretty good. Delivery was pretty fast and the guy who showed up was also very friendly.

I’m that guy who takes something simple and makes it a little complicated, especially when it comes to ordering chinese food. I don’t want this, can I get extra that blah blah blah. Often times something is bound to go awry when ordering over the phone. Hunan III always gets my order right even when I expect them to mess up cause I know that I said something confusing. The counter person is very friendly both at the counter and over the phone and their service is fast. If they say 10 minutes get there at minute 7 or 8. What I love most about Hunan is there consistency. I always know what i’m getting and the quality is always on par with everything else you order from here.

Our go to Chinese delivery spot. Fast service, fresh as far as chinese food goes. Husband loves their general tso’s chicken (I’m a fan now too). Hot and sour soup is awesome!

It was indeed fast and fairly cheap. But the food was pretty average. I had the sweet and sour chicken which was pretty good, but my girlfriends sesame chicken was below average.

Affordable and super fast. My Chinese food place! But like any Chinese food place, they have delivered overcooked food. Rare, but it does happen.

I usually go with Golden Whatever (three blocks away), but these guys dropped a menu under my door and I thought WTFNot?

My dinner special of chicken and broccoli (standard issue) came with a can of coca cola and an egg roll. I also ordered a pint of hot and sour soup (really good) and fried pork dumplings. The dumplings were good, but the side dipping sauce was über-​MSG, so I avoided it. Total bill: $ 14.

Reliable chinese food. Probably the best way to describe this place.
They deliver quickly, cook quickly when you’re there in person. Everything I’ve had in the past four years was always good.
Even the wonton soup is good. Wonton soup is a gamble anywhere you go. Gingery broth, flecked w/​herbs, good flavor, nothing stale or funky about the large wontons.
I’ve been getting empress chicken a lot lately. Firm breaded breast meat with a lightly sweet sauce and lots of veggies. Great!
