What a delight! I was greeted by the owner who was so friendly and warm. She showed me to my room and I was astounded at how big and adorable it was! Huge room with a lovely, comfortable bed set in a cozy alcove. Big picture window looking out at the Columbia River with two comfy chairs and a telescope, no less! Great vantage point to watch the fireworks on the 4th of July. What luck! I don’t really want to leave the room, it is so comfortable and charming.
Breakfast was lovely. Belgian waffles, sausage, coffee, juice, fresh fruit. What I loved was the owner had asked me when I checked in about my dietary preferences. She had a pot of decaf there ready for me at breakfast. Nice touch.
I will definitely stay here again!

This place is just awesome! I have stayed here several times and I always stay in the «Enchanted Haven.» A cute room, very clean and budget friendly and quiet! The host is exceptionally nice and will go out of her way to make one feel very comfortable and she also knows all the ins and outs of the area!
I have never had the breakfast but breakfast is an option. I don’t really care to eat in the mornings so that is why I have never taken advantage of it. I do know that it sure smells like some good food though! :)
I keep coming back year after year and will continue to do so unless I decide to move to Astoria, which I would so love to live their again!
