Domino’s Pizza

I ordered some pizza at 12: am thinking that it would only take an hour not an hour & a half plus. Then when they do deliver it its cold & dry

Ordered a PIzza.
Waited 1.5 hours for said Pizza.
Pizza never arrived.
App said it was delivered
Store does not answer the phone.
Couldn’t be any worse.

To start the driver was late and the pizza was cold. When I open the box I noticed that they didn’t even cut the pie and I had to do it myself and in top of that the dough was uncooked in most of the pie. I don’t know why Dominos has a reward program, if they are going to send the free pie in this conditions. I am extremely disappointed with Dominos, since I am a frequent customer, but after this experience I will not order again. Where I live are many options for pizza, a little more expensive but better quality and service than Dominos.

Is everyone who works there high all the time? Pizza is good, service is… Weird. Guy just laughed when I called to say they had forgotten the ranch dressing I ordered (again.) It’s cheap, it’s not gonna stop me from going back, but cmon. Only smoke as much as you need to while being able to function, guys.

Here is my experience with their delivery yesterday. Zero star for their attitude. I can’t say anything for the food because I NEVER GOT THEM after 3 hours of headache and phone calls. I can’t express enough how shock I was after dealing with that delivery guy and hope you will enjoy it.
–My friend and I ordered pizza and food around 1:30pm from their website, and around 3:30 the website shows it was delivered so we thought it should be there any minute. We started to call the store at 4:00 since no one has showed up yet, but no one every picked up the phone.
–4:45pm I finally got a call from our delivery guy. He told me that something happened and I had to wait for another 40 min for my food. So I asked him what was that accident, and he told me that HE TOOK A NAP AND OVER SLEPT. WTF??? Then I asked him if he’s up, why do I still have to wait for another 40min, and he told me «YOU KNOW I WOKE UP AND ATE IT». By that time I was beyond shock and I couldn’t believe a man with such attitude still has a job and is handling my food. so I told him I need to report this to his manager. Then he said in a casual way that «YEA TELL THEM, IT HAPPENS SOMETIMES, NO ONE CARES». after that he was still asking if I want to wait for the delivery. Hell no. Ofc I canceled my order and not going to wait for another 3 hours for him to take another nap and has another free pizza.
When I told my friend about this they all thought it was a joke. Sadly not. For the people complaining their orders got canceled 2−3hrs later, I think now you know wherer you food had been. Wish I had checked Unilocal before I made that order, but lessons learned. Never for this place again.

I love this dominoes, despite what everyone says! They are always on time with my orders.

It is unfortunate that this is the only dominos near me because of the fact that they have terrible service. I placed an order for dominos and ended up waiting over an hour just to get my pizza. I almost cancelled the order. This happens all the time when I order from them.

One star is for the amount of time you take to deliver. I clearly understand that this particular location takes longer. They take longer because of the Long Island City location moving its customer base there. Perhaps they should not have taken on LIC people.
The driver sometimes asks us to come down to get our delivery. We always wait for two hours or more for delivery. Go throw on a load of clothes while you wait for them. You will have time to kill.
In terms of the pizza it is dominoes what’s there to say? They have yet to forget our items we ordered. Thankfully, this is the last time we will deal with them.

This Dominos location has the worse customer service. I place a food order at 6:55pm after repeatedly checking the tracked and seeing that my order wasn’t even «fired up» I call the location it was 8:25pm at point. When someone finally picked up the phone you could hear the employees in the background like it was a hangout and even hear someone scream for the crew to get ready to take a picture. I had to constantly repeat my complain to the person on the phone who at that point asked for my address and informed me that my order has not even started. I asked to speak to a manger and someone named Ashley got on the phone and claimed to be the store manager she gave me the number to corporate and hung up the phone. Didn’t even give me a chance to cancel my order. I called corporate and now I have to wait on a call from them to address this matter. At 9:30pm a dominos delivery man shows up with my order upset at me because I refused the and he was not notified. Had Ashley tended to this matter in a professional matter much of this could of been avoided. Will not be ordering from this location anymore!

I can’t give less the a 1 star rating. Worst service ever. I ordered online I was told 90 – 100 minutes I placed it at 750pm called them at 930 when my order should have came. When I called they told me that it wasn’t ready yet and would be another hour. So 3 hours for. 1 pie. Never again for fake pizza. Don’t order from here do yourself a favor pay a little more and get the real pizza.

Thank you for ruining the Superbowl. I know that it would take a while when i ordered but you choose to deliver after the Superbowl is over. I tried to call to cancel order but no one answers. So after the broncos win i get the call were on the way i dont blame the driver but i do blame the store and dominos for mis-​managing. This is the last time that my household and i recommend anyone order. By the way we ordered pappa johns and not only did we order 25 minutes after but they arrived under an hour. F Dominos. Store 3535 we ordered at 715 got delivery at 1030.

It’s a Domino’s. It’s affordable. It’s pizza. But don’t expect a Don Antonio quality pie if you’re ordering from here.
Food tastes like pizza and delivery service is of a typical pizza shop.
Net: it’s a regular Domino’s. Order from them if you want some basic pizza and junk. Don’t if you want some more complicated Artichoke-​esque crab death slice.

One star because there is no option for zero or minus 100.
These ppl here take 2 hours to deliver, don’t order from this store!

Order went in at 6:50pm. At 7:15pm they call and tell me they are not delivering to the area today. It took them 25 mins to realize that?
I enjoy Domino’s handmade pan pizza, its quite good actually, but not enough to keep me as their customer after this incident. Cancelling an order after 25 minutes simply not acceptable.
I will take my $$ to another local pizza shop. Well done.

Hi,
I would like two large pies, one plain, one with pepperoni. Also a side of those delicious bread sticks if you have them. Take your time with the delivery. I remember when you used to deliver in 30 minutes or less or the pizza was free. It sounded great but then your drivers started getting into accidents trying to make it in time so they wouldn’t have to pay for the pizza themselves. What a mess! Thanks and looking forward to a wonderful and safely delivered late night meal.

Awful. Have tried to order a few times thinking it will be different. They always take 2+ hours to deliver. Even though I’ve been told «it’s in the oven» «it’s on the way» excuses. Two hours it ridiculous! When we call the staff is rude and doesn’t seem to care. Won’t be ordering anymore.

We ordered a pizza at 11:53a.m, and the pizza didn’t get to us until nearly 2p.m. We live ten minutes away. The pizza wasn’t even hot anymore when it got to us. The tracker had said Out for Delivery for over an hour.
Calling them only prompted them to say «your pizza is on its way» and then we were hung up on.
The worst part is, it wasn’t the first time they’d taken over an hour to get to us. We decided to give the benefit of the doubt but, clearly, we messed up there. :(

Sometimes they change the Cheff and put less quantity
But mostly is very Good you should try once

We order from here all the time but this time they screwed up my order and to make matters worse I have to wait 25 minutes for their mistake.
