I work at a medical office and our internet is through our phone system. Well our phones went out which meant we had no internet. A friend of mine recommended Consult Umbrella so we called and the tech came in right away. He was very professional and assessed the problem and confirmed he could fix it the next morning. Considering it’s hard to run a medical office with no phone or internet it was imperative that this was fixed ASAP! He was able to get us up and running the next day! We were very greatful he was able to fix the problem so efficiently and accurately. I would highly recommend Consult Umbrella to anyone else I know that needs IT services!
