Claire’s Boutique

My daughter loves this store. I spend way too much in here when I go with her. The store has lots of cute acessories, jewlery, hair clips, hats, etc. They also have a great assortment of holiday items. I always find what I am looking for when I come in here, The staff on the other hand, blah. For the most part they are helpful but do not go out of their way to be nice. If you ask them a question, they do help you but you look like they are bothered by you.

I went into the store with my nieces today. While they had a huge sale going on the customer service was abhorrent! A woman named Destiny was working the register and when my niece asked her about the sale she got snappy and rolling her eyes. My niece was genuinely curious about the sale. She was easily irritated by other young children in the store. There was another woman working, she was slightly bigger wearing a stripped shirt, grey pants, and spiked flats, she yelled at my other niece for knocking over jewelry by accident. I will never go back there again and I am filing a complaint with there corporate office.

I wanted to put 5 stars but then I was thinking why? The lady did come up to me out of no where and give me a basket because I did need one. But aren’t staff normally this friendly or suppose to be? They did have everything I needed which I was happy about but something is saying not to give this particular location 5 stars. Maybe because it is not as big as the ones in the city? Well the day I went it was understaffed. So you were waiting at the register for longer then you should have. The thing I don’t like is that the discount online was that you get buy one get one half off the angry birds lip gloss. It was not half off at the store, this really annoyed me. The items on sale are a bit confusing. I miss the old days where they would have this cart with all the sale items on it. Now you have to guess and figure out what is on sale. But, there is only one person working and she is helping someone else so goodluck getting an answer. I really am not happy with how this location ended up. And when did it become claires’ boutique? wasn’t it accessories???

I came here to get my 5 year old daughter’s ears pierced. There was 1 person working the store and she was managing the store fine. We waited 5 minutes and it took 5 minutes to get her ears pierced. They had a great selection of studs reasonably priced. I would recommend this place for piercing.

I seriously hate this Claire’s. Almost everything here is unorganized, broken and the staff were pretty rude. They just have this attitude. Ugh. WHY IS IT THAT EVERY TIME I COME HERE, A PRODUCT WITH LIQUID IS ALWAYS BROKEN!!!
