I found some many negative reviews in another website. I’m inclined to believe it’s probably other competitors and real estate companies.
We have a 3 bedroom here and it’s really spacious, nice and the heat and hot water does work.
It’s a little far from the subway, but the price is really cheap and it’s quite and very friendly neighborhood!
The front of the building is always clean and the grass is always kept nicely.
Definitely a nice place to live in Astoria.
