Shitty experience that concluded with maximum rudeness. I chose to get a 45 mintutes session for $ 35 and was thinking it couldn’t be a bad deal(but i’ll probably never step into this place ever again). The massage started off nice, I started relaxing on the massage table and only lying down with the head in the massage table whole felt great. The lady started with some gentle massage at the beginning then started with stabbing like/quick jerky movements. I hoped it would stop and hoped she knew what she was doing but I had to stop her and tell her that it hurts.(The lady only understands 2 commands, hard vs soft. Everything else you;re wasting your time, she doens’t follow) She went all the way soft after that and the massage was worthless. On top of this experience, at some point she started speaking loudly to her coworker who was massaging another customer in loud Chinese and wouldn’t stop spealking, it was suuuper obnoxious. I wanted to tell her to stop but instead I said to myself, well, it’s $ 35, fuck it, you can’t ask for too much. The massage was 50% ok and 50% really bullshit. I probably got 10 – 15 minutes of nice massage out of that. Anyhow, when i was told the time was up I said ok but deep inside I was a bit skeptical, it felt it ended way too early, and had some parts massaged and other parts barely touched… Anyhow, I get dressed up and head to the front to pay. Take out and hand the lady there 40 cash and I’m given back 5 but her hand wasn’t letting the bill go. Really weird stuff. She woudln;t let the bill go of her hand. I was, I’m sorry, wasn;t it $ 35? She went at me with a broken english: YOUNOTIP? EVERYBODYKNOWYOUTIPTWENAPERCENT, TWENAPECENT. WHATYOUPAYGOTOBOSS, YOUNOPAYNOTHINGTOME? And she wouldn’t give me back my change. I felt disgusting. I let her keep it. When I came out I realized she didn;t massage me for 45 minutes, it was more like for 35 minutes. Beware, these little massage parolors are nothing different from chinese merchandise, inexpensive and cheap quality. Sometimes you do get lucky with a good massage but you also do get this type frustrating of experience. It’s a hit and miss. On top of it, these massage ladies don’t know anything about human anatomy, they massage everyone the same, one size fits all. You may get lucky but you may actually exacerbate your injuries or back condition. The bottom line is that it’s cheap enough to worth a lil risk. But don’t let them abuse you. If you want an hour for 45 you should get an hour for 45, not 50 minutes for 45. And the tip should be up to you. Put a timer and ask about the tip before you start the massage. Ask if tip is required, I’d be curious what they say.

This place is fantastic! Today was my first time here and boy did I need a massage, I had pain in my shoulder and lower back and came to the right place. I walked right in, and asked for the 45 minute massage(for 35.00, what?! Amazing!) She asked if I wanted medium and I thought I would start with that, it turned out to be perfect. She continued to check in on me throughout the massage if it was too hard, but it was always just the right amount of pressure. I told her where I was having pain and she did a great job focusing on those spots and really working out the pain and stress. At one point she was ON my back, it was SOGREAT! I also loved the attention she paid to my arms and legs. 45 minutes was the perfect amount too, though she did ask me if I wanted more time and I almost said yes. If you just went with the 30 minute, I have a feeling you will be saying yes when they ask! It’s a very no frills kind of place, but cute clean and the staff is SO friendly! The prices are so reasonable so tip well, these ladies work hard to work out all the pain and stress in your body. It’s somewhat hidden, you can see their sign from the street, but to get to them you have to go through the arch way on street level. There is a sign in the archway though so just keep an eye out, you will be happy you did!

This place isn’t easily spotted and I’m not sure how long they’ve been or how they even get business since they don’t have a website and the entrance is through an arch, an immediate left then up two flights of stairs. It’s a stealth operation but I’m glad I found it. The prices are very reasonable and the it appears to be run by two sisters. One speaks great English and the other speaks English as well as I speak Chinese. Minimally. I asked for an ‘medium’ massage and got a lot of well placed elbows and she probably walked a couple hundred meters up and down my back. I suffered a back injury last week and was nervous about all the pressure but she had a strong sense of when the pain was too much and would back off at the perfect moment. I walked out feeling better than I had felt all week and intend to go back for more.
