I was in town for a wedding and broke a pair of sandals so I went to this store to purchase a new pair of sandals. The pair of sandals I decided on had a sticker on the back saying 20% off which would make the price $ 31.99. When I came to the cashier to make the purchase, she asked me if I wanted to join the VIP club and I declined. She then said that I could not have the 20% off so then the price would be $ 39.99. I pointed out that there was no sign saying that one needed to join anything in order to receive the discount. She then said that since I already declined to join the VIP club that it was«too late to join» and the price remained $ 39.99. This seems like false advertising. I was in a bind since my sandals were broken. I really like Aerosoles shoes; they are very comfortable. However, after this experience, I will rethink purchasing Aerosoles shoes.

I’m not really a heels person, but this store sells the kind of heels I’m OK wearing. Sometimes shoe stores make me sad and intimidated because everything is either too expensive, too cheap-looking, or too uncomfortable. I was able to find a few different shoes that fit what I was looking for. The salesperson I talked to was courteous, helpful, and not pushy. I left the store happy with a pair of shoes I love – what more do I need to say?

It’s an aerosols. They have shoes. They always have sales on shoes. My mother would call all the shoes here ‘cute’ and ‘sensible’ but they don’t come off as mom-shoes.(well a few of them do but that’s ok) This place comes in handy when I need retail shoe therapy and don’t want to spend a lot of money. The staff here is very friendly and always helpful. It’s a shoe store… who doesn’t like shoes!
