Sorry Mary Beth but you may have had the only fairly good experience with this management bunch. The only guys who are as good as it gets are the guys of the crew and NOT management. The crew were so polite and curitious. They could not have been nicer. Yes sir yes mam is the anything else we can do for you. BUT bring in Sam the tyrant «one of the owners» who is nothing but a bully and blustering ass who berates his help in front of customers to the point where my wife had to ask him to not talk to people that way. Then he forces his crew to drop their lunch (of 10 minutes} to go back to work immediately. The father would never have approved of this childish behavior toward the crew of even clients. Now the good part. Our estimate was for about $ 1,700 which was reasonable B UT when is was time for the bill Sam decides to add about $ 600 more for the longer time it took than the estimate. And then rudely demanding payment, When my wife questioned the additional cost he said it was for more time spent unloading. It gets better, Sam then says he DID NOT CHARGE HIS TIME which is curious because — when do owners charge for their time? We had a great experience with this company 7 years ago when the estimate was the same as the final bill. Now we feel there may be some sort of initial estimate being low to get the job. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY as long as Sam is «an owner»!

These guys are as good as it gets. If you’re looking for a moving company that takes care of your things and is dependable and professional, I highly recommend Firpo/​Heritage. From the front office (Sam, Paul, Warren and Mary) to the guys on the trucks, everyone I have dealt with has been a pleasure to work with. We (myself and my family) have used this moving company since the 60s, and have never had anything but a top-​notch experience. You will not be disappointed.
