Delfera Heating & Cooling

Delfera is hands down the easiest and best company that my husband and I have ever worked with. We used them last year to install our new A/​C unit at our house and did an amazing job in such a short time! Just recently we bought a new house with a new unit already installed and to our surprise it was hooked up by some person who clearly had no idea what they were doing. One day this week, my husband had stopped by our new house and found that there was water that had leaked through our son’s ceiling in his room. Our brand new house could have flooded had we not caught it.
We immediately called Delfera and within a day Ray and his team were there assessing the situation. (mind you this is now summer time and they are completely busy). He wasn’t going to be able to come until next week and we were freaking out because we were going to be moving in this weekend, with 90 degree weather!
Well my husband just received a surprise call from Ray that they were able to get there today and get it fixed! Now we will be able to move and sleep at our new house this weekend!!!

You never want to have to work with a HVAC company, because usually that means your air conditioner or heater isn’t working. My A/​C seems to never be working properly when the warmer season rolls around, so it seems like a regular occurrence that I have to get it serviced/​repaired.
The past two years I’ve had Delfera come out to help me, and I couldn’t be happier with the service compared to companies I’ve used in the past. It’s considered an «emergency» in my household when the A/​C isn’t working on a hot day, and they’ve always been very responsive and sent a technician out quickly.
Their prices are very reasonable, and I recently decided to sign up for one of their annual service plans since it seems I need to get service regularly until I finally replace the A/​C unit completely. I’ve had the same technician come out the past couple times (I forget his name), and he’s been very cordial and patient in answering my questions.
I feel very comfortable recommending Delfera, and I’m glad I finally have a company to turn to when in need rather than having to call around to a bunch of places.

I just had a new heater and air conditioning system put in and I must say Ray the owner made it easy for me to decide on which company I wanted to go with for my new equipment. He was very professional and fair on pricing and you can see how he actually cares about his customers and what they want. The install crew was very professional, very clean and I love the red booties they wore throughout the house, very respectful! They were on time and finish the job in a timely manner. The entire job looks very neat and clean. Not only will I be recommending Delfera to my family and friends but I definitely look forward to being one of their lifetime customers!

My heater wasn’t working during this frigid week of cold winter weather. I called the company that I usually use and they told me they could schedule me three days later. With no heat, I contacted some of my friends who recommended Delfera, and now I know why!
I was scheduled that day! Mike, the service technician was on time and was extremely thorough in his inspection. He showed me everything that needed to be replaced and answered all of my questions, which he explained in a way that I could understand. Mike even took photos for me to show to my husband and explain everything to him! Every step of the way, Mike was patient and extremely knowledgeable.
Having had this first time experience with Delfera and Mike, feeling like I had been a valued customer for years, they will be my HVAC company from now on. I contacted their customer service department, who was once again extremely friendly and helpful and signed up for a service contract. Thanks Mike for making me feel warm and comfortable not only in my home but with your sincerity and professionalism!

Very trustworthy company– we have been using them for years– I refer all of my family to them. They work hard to make sure to come out and help quickly. They also usually always run specials so the price is super competitive. Heating is an expensive thing to just risk any company to use… we trust this company.

Installed a defectively designed heat pump where the coils around the fan just randomly bend over. Had a tech come out, promised is a report — never got one. Never insulated our venting! Installed returns that block off a portion of our attic, blocked access to cabinets in our basement with their work as well. Agreed to drywall in some venting that was done outside of existing drywall and we had to argue with them to actually get it done. Ray is rude and talks down to his customers if they bring up any issues. I would not recommend using these people under any circumstances. We’re sorry we did.
