I went here with my Mother to help plan my Father’s funeral. The funeral director was over-​bearing, unprofessional and even questioned our wish to have a closed-​casket at the funeral and visitation. I had to jump in several times to make sure that my Mother’s wishes for my Father were heard and carried out. My Mother is usually is a very smart and confident consumer, but for obvious reasons, she was not herself that day and the funeral director definitely took advantage of her state, which still infuriates me. I think of the people who don’t have people with them to help make sure they don’t get railroaded into spending more than they can afford. I highly recommend you stay away and take your business elsewhere.
