Yes. Yes. Yes. Mr. Les has done it. He was so friendly, helpful, and such a great salesman. If he could deal with me then hands down he’s the best. Also, helping me with my ten pair of glasses. Lol. He, help me with my difficult selection. Not to mention he also looked up a pair of glasses online that I previously selected at another location. He took the time to call that store and helped me order that pair from the frame warehouse. Thanks Les. I’ll definitely be back for my second pair.

I visited the For Eyes in Aspen Hill and was really impressed with the customer service. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and was told about a 50% off sale. I visited the store to look at some frames and had no intention of buying anything, but the gentleman named Les was so nice and so professional I decided to go forward with it. Luckily I had my prescription with me. Highly recommend.

See my review for Kensington Eye Center. Either For Eyes was culpable or Kensington Eye Center was, but both are suspect and I’ll never use them again (and this is after 20+ years of using their services).
On another note: This is the first time I’ve used a Maryland location. When I’ve gotten glasses in the past, it’s been from stores in Center City Philadelphia or Chicago. Glasses have always come in within a week after being ordered so WHY did it take 9 – 10 working days here? They’re either incredibly incompetent or they need more employees, but it’s ridiculous to wait that long for glasses! As there was a problem with the glasses, I had to wait that much longer a second time. Completely inexcusable.

Great business to work with. Dr. Dan is an exceptional O.D. who takes his time with patients. He caught an abnormality with my 9 year old the other doctors had missed. He has a really nice way with kids and adults. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, quit helpful with finding the perfect pair of glasses specific for my vision requirements, taste, price and over all matched my personality the best.
By far I feel this store out of several states has the best/​competitive prices that are offered ANYWHERE! (Nationwide location) GREAT FRAME SELECTION TO BOOT!
The Optical boutique also has Dr. DANIEL O.D. who is a pleasure to speak with and take his time and allow me to express my vision issues with.

Bertha was pleasant and told me to come over — she fixed them in front of me and told me not to worry about the price.
I found her and the other staff very helpful so I’ll be making my appointment there next week.

I love For Eyes, but wasn’t super-​impressed with this location.
I ordered two pairs of glasses and asked them to please please please call me as soon as they came in (I was getting daily headaches due to an outdated prescription.) No call for. well over a week. Finally I called them. Turns out one pair of glasses had arrived days ago but the other was still at the factory so they didn’t bother calling.
At the time that delay, and the resultant days of unnecessary eye pain, seemed inexcusable. In retrospect (and no longer in pain) I just think it’s a bad business practice. If you’re shipping parts of the order separately, call the customer as soon as each one arrives!
The second pair of glasses came in over two weeks after the order was placed. Kind of a long wait, but they were pretty cheap.
