Great selection of brats as well as other specialty meats. We called one the morning of a Packer game and a the owner told us to stop by even though they didn’t open for another hour. He met us at the door when we arrived and said «We’re here, may as well open.» Great service and awesome meat.

I’d heard only good things about
Ski’s. Then at the Bellin 10K their two adorable daughters were handing out discount coupons.
We had to stop by.
The place is in the old Heid music store. It is bigger than you think.
They have a broad spectum of entrees and side dishes. Everything is totally top shelf.
We bought strip steaks. They were pretty much the best ever.
If I must offer a negative comment it would be the don’t have a huge selection of seafood. But after all, it is Ski’s Meats not Ski’s Seafood.
You get what you pay for here. Excellent.
