Traveling to VA Beach from DC and stopped here to have again the new S’mores frappucino! Never again at this place! It tasted nothing like S’mores, more like dark chocolate, the whipping cream was runny and the girl who made it gave me the cup dirty, had to clean on my own all the whipping cream that was around the cup… This place sucks!

This Bucks is okay. Cleaner than the one in Gainesville. Ate last they have iced water with cups. Employees seem to have good banter. Order ahead and skip the line. I keep forgetting. I got the Carmel waffle cone and it’s too sweet for me. Should have stuck with the cappuccino. Sore throat wants cold though.

This starbucks is terrible. The place is always understaffed for the amount of customers they have on a daily basis. The condiment area is dirty and out of stock. Today in particular, 1 person out of 5 was making drinks and while he was making the drinks he was ranting about being overworked and how he was being set up for failure. He also slammed his fist onto one of the machines when he found out that he ran out of syrup. This starbucks absolutely needs new management and new speedier customer oriented staff. Oh and don’t dare go in the drive thru… it’s a heck of a wait!

Starbucks are the same everywhere for the menu, but some are nicer than others based on staff, layout and well, drive-thru. This place is well-staffed and has a nice layout. The layout includes outdoor seating. Inside, it feels spacious and inviting, rather than cramped and unwelcoming. Also, they have a drive-thru!
Really, there’s not much more to say. It did exceed my expectations!

Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Traveling from Pennsylvania to Texas we needed coffee. When we walked in the employees seemed to be having social hour among themselves rather than work. The condiments area is empty with trash over flowing and this place is dead! Employees are more concerned with their phones than customer service. I asked for a straw since the «self help» condiments was out and had a guy toss one to me! At the end of the day you will get the standard Starbucks drinks. Not a nice or clean experience. Lol good luck Virginia with this location!

The hazelnut syrup in my decaf pour over was a bit light, and the women’s restroom needed sweeping (a bunch of little paper shreds on the floor). Otherwise a very typical Starbucks and perfectly ok place to get off of I-95 for a few minutes.

DONT GET OFF 95 for this crap location. Go to the next one.
Service is slow and awful.
They messed up my order n guy ahead of me. I paid w phone n cashier messed it up, then yells across the store to me that I need to «come pay for your order,» as if I was trying to skip out. My personal cup gets raised in the air 10 minutes later asking whose it is. Then they say, ‘oh ur orders been sitting here at the bar’ (in disposable cup) — wasn’t put in my personal cup. They dump it into personal cup n I taste b4 leaving to realize it was wrong. Won’t come to this one again. Over 15 minute stop just for an iced coffee!!!

After getting our food at the drive thru, our family made a quick bathroom pitstop. I wish we had used the bathroom first because we would not have purchased food there after seeing how disgusting the bathrooms were. Dirty toilets, ripped toilet paper on the floor, a trash can that was unusable because it was either overflowing with trash or the extra toilet seat covers were laying on top covering the opening. Just gross. Looks like other reviews stated the same thing. I’ll Unilocal first next time.

I know it may sound silly that I’m writing a review for a Starbucks but we’ve been driving from Florida to New York and their staff was not only very knowledgeable but really nice and friendly. They also gave us their new almond croissant to try… yum! Too bad they’re not close to home.

Kind of a dump by Starbucks standards. The men’s restroom was trashed and out of soap. I wonder how the employees are supposed to wash their hands before returning to work?
There was also a stack of cardboard boxes near the door; probably the latest shipment of coffee and supplies. These things should be stashed in the back.
The food case was empty and they were out of gift bags.
The café floor needed to be swept, but the place seemed short staffed. I think the district manager needs to check up on this store.

This is another Love/Hate Starbucks. The fact that they have a drive-through means I love them. But their actual store is garbage. It’s too tiny, too loud, and poorly laid out. What a terrible plan for a place that could have been awesome.
Coffee is typical for Starbucks (burnt, crap beans, served with too much cream and syrup but we buy it anyways because it’s quick and familiar.)

Typical Starbucks setup. Decent service and drinks. However, was on Wifi for about an hour and it was very loud and the annoying part was that it was the Starbucks employees making most of the noise. They should know better.
