Got a gift certificate here and thought it was very nice and relaxing, got a massage and facial. Very expensive though so don’t know if I would go again.

The minute I walk into this spa, I feel instantly relaxed. There is always coffee and tea available, and the staff is extremely nice. I’ve been going here for years to get my eyebrows done, and I’ve never been unhappy. I have also gotten very relaxing facials here. The only problem I have with this spa is the prices. $ 60-$ 100 for a Brazilian wax? Are you kidding me? Their slogan is something like«a touch of Newbury St. in Metrowest»…they aren’t kidding, the prices follow! $ 60 can be fair for a Brazilian, but let’s be honest, I’m not paying ANYONE triple digits to rip a couple strips off down there. For this reason I am currently looking for a nice, clean salon in Metrowest that offers French waxes(between a bikini and Brazilian) for a reasonable price. I am spoiled as I used to live in France, where you can get an amazing wax for 20 euros! It’s probably cheaper for me to fly back there to get this done!

I was treated rather shabbily after questioning ingredients in the skin care products they carry. I am a Vegan and there were what looked like dairy ingredients listed in the contents. When I went to return the products, the Owner could not tell me what exactly was in the products. I waited 2+ weeks to get an answer and even then, they only refunded the price of 2 of the products. Terrible Customer Service. Whatever happened to «the Customer is always right»? Not at this Spa. I do have to say that the Receptionist at night was very courteous when I called to inquire about the status of my refund.
