Traveling up Hwy 5, we stopped in Ashland to check out the town and find a good salad. NW Raw is fresh, organic, terrific! Salads are truly excellent, FRESH, well composed, very large, and delicious salad dressing — as good and healthy a salad as I’ve ever had in a restaurant! We had a smoothie – many choices – which also was delicious. The chef or chefs at Raw really know what they’re doing, and strive for excellence!

Delicious fresh salads and yummy drinks. The ambience is very pleasant, especially when the wall-sized door in front is open. The food preparation can be a little slow. Meals that seem easy to make still take a long time. I think they are on Ashland Stoned Time(AST). :-) The WiFi doesn’t work too well. I think all the wood and glass interfere with it. So, you just have to mellow out and people-watch as you wait for your food. It’s worth the wait! The food is delectable.

Some of the tastiest juices pending your health quest for the day. I love the pinch shot with jalapeño and kale, the carabiner and the face shot. You can get boosts or shots of elixirs, wheat grass and their South salad with greens, red peppers, avocados, pumpkin seeds and cilantro lime dressing with a side of cheesey kale chips are a must to take home. The ambience is as if REI had a café inside. I reuse the modern juice glasses at home(otherwise returning takes cents off your next juice) and I could sit by their fireplace all day!

We ate here for the first time, and it most definitely won’t be our last! We started with the flight of juices — very fun! Then we had their awesome chili. Highly recommend. Then we had the Maverick wrap, which the flavors were off the chart, and the Bartell wrap, yummy!!! The customer service was great, too. We will be back — tomorrow!!!

SO Good! I love finding places like this when I’m traveling and can’t make it myself. I had the carabiner juice the first day, and went back the next and had another and bought mojo and vertical for the road. The servers were very nice and let me taste each juice before ordering it. The juices come in glass reusable jars. I’m in love. I wish there were more of these type places around.

This place has an amazing vibe! Love how everything is so clean and simple. Smaller menu with big variety. I got a wrap and a half salad, and me and a friend shared. Their was plenty to go around. I must say the only negative is that their is no meat, but to some people that is not a negative. I will definitely be going back ! It averages around 7 dollars a person. They were all out when I visited, but I heard the funa salad is awesome.

*Made to order, so be prepared to relax for a few minutes *wink* The menu does not do the«Funa Salad» justice. It looks like a cup of hummus with a couple of celery sticks and a few black bean chips, BUTNOTEVENCLOSE! The funa salad is packed with a delicious sunflower blend(and stuff) with everything you’d expect in a tuna salad such as tiny bits of red onion and diced pickles. The consistency is exactly what I would expect from a good tuna salad(thick and satisfying). The flax seed«chip» is a thick chip(not too crunchy) in liu of bread. It doesn’t fall apart like a chip would *yay* I almost didn’t order it because it didn’t look worth the $ 7 price tag, but this will be my go-to special lunch treat. It is a meal by itself *THUMBSUP*

Great food, decent prices, disappointing staff! We ate breakfast here twice and found the staff really unfriendly. We asked for an item to go, the female employee prepped it as eat-in. We reminded her we asked for it to go, she said no problem, went back behind the counter, placed it in a to-go container, walked back over to our table, and FLUNG the container on the table to us. Very unprofessional. They also prepared the açai bowl very watery the first time we were there for breakfast, then made it thicker(the way it should be) the second time. So much for consistent preparation. We also noticed the staff not using gloves when preparing our meals.

One of my fave juice places I’ve ever been(I’m comparing to juice bars in Seattle, Portland, SoCal [LA/Santa Barbara/OC] and NYC). Love the glass to go jars. The Carabiner juice was perfectly green and refreshing.

Loved this place. A very cool vibe. Great outdoors photos and wood embellishments make you feel like you are in the mountains in Boulder, Colorado. Crisp, clean healthy feel. The juices were all freshly made with blends of things I had never heard of before. I am a rookie at the juice thing and if it is is green, I am more than likely to pass. I had a concoction with kale(very green) and it was great. If you are a juice lover, you will really dig this place.

I love this place so much that I had friend from NW Raw sneak the mojo, compass and carabiner drinks into my hospital room during a 15 day stay recently. It was a brutal long hospital time yet my healing– from-surgery time was rapid thanks to NWRaw. I’m a fortunate local that’s in here weekly. Thanks for helping me ’ get my healing Mojo on !!

Really cool space and not sure what kind of juicer they use, but the fresh juices are out of this world– so smooth. Spendy, but worth it :) check it out!

The space is extraordinary, and invites you in… The menu has lots of variety and options, all prepared with care to the quality, flavor and appearance of every delicious ingredient. We had salads and a fine dressing that complemented the dish. I ordered a cold soup that was so good, I savory every bit. Friendly staff and nice music made the meal really memorable. Don’t miss this wonderful restaurant.

First off, super rad that there is a RAW restaurant in Ashland. Seems like at all times 50% of my friends are either fasting or detoxing on a raw diet here. They open early, 7am, and serve up local Noble coffee beans. Instead of using cow’s milk, they make their own blend using coconut & cashews. It’s thick and sweet. Some swear they serve the best cappucino in town. I like their iced mochas, especially when made by Marley. If you show up to buy a juice, you won’t have to wait long. Next to the register is a case loaded with a variety of pre, cold-pressed juices. Once in awhile I’ll buy one, if the«color» isn’t off. They say that the juices are pressed daily, but I still prefer mine to be pressed on the spot. The atmosphere is comfy with big, wooden tables, a fire place, loud beats and a wall that opens up to the sidewalk when the weather permits. Once in awhile they have free Wi-fi, however, you’re trying your luck if you go there to chill with your computer… half the time it’s not working, at least when I go(1x — 2x week). I’m a student, so this aspect of their biz is a disappointment. Seems like it should have been remedied by now(15 months later). It’s not. I was just there today. To be real, their juices are spendy($ 8 for a 12oz. lemon, apple, lavender), the Wi-fi is inconsistent, the staff are sometimes friendly and the wait for your order, even if it’s a coffee, can be longish.

Smoothies are good but overpriced. Would recommend the free grass on the tables instead.

Smoothies are very good, if you don’t mind paying over $ 0.50 per ounce, I.e. $ 7.00 for a 12 ounce smoothie. Waited 15 minutes for one smoothie to be made. Honestly if I knew it took that long I would have kept driving. Beautiful store. Good menu. Just seemed over priced and very long wait despite what appeared to be 7+ people working.

Picked up a Mojo juice which was delish. They only turn on the juicer once a day so you grab a juice already made. So shake it up to distribute.
