Chris Duval

I called Chris on a Saturday evening, semi-​stressed, with an odd request.
I had order a battery to replace my Macbook Pro and the funny little screwdriver that I needed to install did not arrive before my old battery completely gave out.
No where in town could a get this specialized screw driver and I had a big project set to do on Monday and needed my computer charged-​up.
Chris returned my phone call on Sunday morning (even though he is normally closed on weekends) and was very friendly, personable, and ready to loan me one of his screw drivers.
Fortunately, I have managed to MacGyver my battery free after calling him (people under 30 may have to google MacGyver to get the reference), so I did not need to take him up on his generous offer.
Although my interaction with Chris was only on the phone, his prompt and personal nature definitely made a great impression. He will be my local go-​to computer guy for all those fits-​its that fall outside of my comfort zone.

Chris is wonderful, so patient and friendly. Very knowledgeable and professional. I am not the best at remembering computer stuff and he was really great, did I mention patient. He taught me a few tricks to make life easier. Along with fixing my computer problem!
I Highly recommend him. He comes out to your house/​place and is affordable!
Really a great person!
