Just moved mom in when she started needing more attention than living alone would provide. The facility is beautiful, with lots of activities and social areas to explore and relax in. The studio apt is small, and barely adequate. She is getting used to it, but complains about the food being really bad, especially for the money she is paying to live there, as well as not getting her needs met. Hence, the two stars — it remains to be seen and I will update this if things get better. So far, not living up to expectations. It’s tough, because it wouldn’t take much for them to offer better quality food and service — after all, it’s the employees’ jobs but the residents’ LIFE, probably all many have to look forward to. Not impressed, yet.
