Craig is very conscientious and a pleasure to deal with. He is quite honest
and has the customers best interest in mind.

After going to Home Depot and waiting in line for anyone to even notice us much less help we muddled around and then figured we’d try some other places.
We stopped by one place but they were closing. After reaching out for some reviews (ServiceMagic) I was called by Craig and Ken. They are very pleasant, informative, and not pushy.
Craig set up an appointment to come to our house and do measurements with out any obligation. He was willing to work around our busy schedules and meet us after hours.
Showing us a variety and staying in line with our budget we were able to bring out a few samples so we could check them out at night and in the light.
He did some pricing checks for us and got back to us promptly. We needed to bring the samples back and talk about our order and both he and Ken made it easy.
Having the personal help is a huge help. Answering our questions, guiding us to make the right selection based on our everyday lifestyle was «priceless».
Their website is very helpful because you can experiment with the rooms by selecting flooring and colors and then change the rooms, wall color and set up. Although you won’t ever get an exact match to pick from it really makes it much easier to see it come together. Having a 3“x3″ sample doesn’t help me but the website did.
Selecting from gray to brown to blue to green helped me to narrow down what I really wanted.
Ordering and scheduling seems to be going well so far. We have an install date and I will take pics and post an update.
