Update from last year — My regular mechanic told me the computer indicated transmission trouble. I took it back to Terry’s and, though it was out of warranty, they only charged me for the part. Finally, it shifts smoothly.

Our regular mechanic said we needed to replace the transmission side cover on our Mercury Mariner because it was corroded. They referred me to Terry. Terry looked at it and determined that there was nothing wrong, it was just covered with soot and grime. Terry cleaned it off for me and did not charge me a cent! This is where I’ll be going for all of my transmission needs in the future. A real class act.
