Hey ~ I don’t know what the other gals issues were; however, I will tell you that I have used this location three times now and they’ve ALWAYS been friendly and courteous! The Manager has gone out of his way to help me. I give them 5stars all the way!

You know, I have not had a bad experience with U Haul yet. Except, moving is always a bad experience! And you always tend to not have enough room, so being able to go to and establishment and rent a large truck is awesome. I guess the one thing I would complain about, would be the price per mile because you also pay to refill the gas where it was when you received the truck. But, I honestly don’t know a lot about rental rules and don’t know if this is valid complaint. Overall renting from U Haul has been pretty simple and we are probably going to use them again in the future when we move because really it’s the only affordable way to move around here!

They were able to help me rent a truck on very short notice, were very professional and thorough, and the truck was clean and easy to use. Lots of little extras that helped the moving go better than it might have otherwise.
