The best pizza I have had since moving to the south! This food truck has their crust down; paper thin, nice crunch and chew. Fresh ingredients and a decent prices to boot. The sweet spot is a nice white pie with garlic aioli, onion, arugula and real parmesan. Perfect with a pint on a nice day down by the tracks.

Hands down, the best pizza in Asheville. From a food truck. Really. Gourmet 9 inch pies for $ 9 – 10. Thin crispy/chewy crust that has all the flavor you could want. Find them parked at your favorite brewery all summer and winter, but be aware, they can only fit so much dough and ingredients in their truck, so try to order before 8pm at the latest or they might be sold out… Actually, if I think back, its better than any of the pies I’ve had anywhere else, including Atlanta, NY City, or Rome. Really.

If you’re dedicated enough to work inside a food truck equipped with two, full-scale commercial pizza ovens in early August, you better be able to make great pizza that keeps folks coming back. The Tin Pan team has done just that. Located just outside the Wedge Brewery, they offer 3 – 4 types of pizza at $ 8-$ 10 per pie. Grab a microbrew, run down to the truck to place your order, and ten-minutes later a thin crusted miracle arrives before you in the courtyard or on the porch. Great family and community atmosphere, too!

Yum! Quick and friendly service. Not really a pizza person but loved what I got, fresh ingredients and not too greasy. It was presented so well, you forget it came out of a food truck. It was parked at wedge brewing company and I loved the atmosphere + live music. Thanks Tin Can!!!

I LOVE Tin Can pizzas. The crust is really thin and has a delicious sweet red sauce. My favorite is the Margherita. Simple, tasty. The pizzas are a small size, perfect size for one person if you’re quite hungry or for two to split if you just want a light meal. The pizza is a perfect match with beer so I love Tin Can at Highland Brewery and The Wedge.

Stopped by the Green Man for an ESB and found these guys in the back. Amazing pizza to go with a great beer. Perfect combination, need to find their rotation schedule so I can catch them next time I’m back in Asheville.

Tin Can Pizzeria has just opened in Asheville to join the other Food Trucks. Its serves up an amazing menu of rotating pizzas for knockout prices. They are usually posted up at Depot St, but make sure to check their Facebook page to make sure. . Local, Fresh, Awesome.
