Taco Bell

I’ve been to this location several times as I work near by. It’s never too busy inside and is generally pretty clean. The food is typical Taco Bell. Service is always inconsistent. I’ve had my order not made and had to go back and ask for after five minutes. I ordered a steak burrito and got beans. I filled out there online firm several times, no response. I know it’s the culture but fast food has taken a huge downturn in customer service. I guess I’ll go back to McDonalds.

I wanted a quick bite and usually like Taco Bell’s food. Since they’ve been advertising their new steak burrito on TV, I decided to give it a try. If there was any steak in that burrito I couldn’t find it. Maybe they forgot to put it in? Since I had used the drive-​thru I couldn’t go back to the counter and ask them to point out the steak to me.

I was visiting Biltmore Estate with my parents so we decided to fill up ourselves before walking in the biggest private home in the US. The reason we choose to stop at TB is because my father only like TB when we are on the road. gotta make them happy right: D
Anyways, so we arrived at the store and I was second one in lane. I ordered about eight different items from the menu and each one had to be customized so the guy took his time to take order for which I didn’t mind at all. I would rather get the order right the first time than be quick when me giving order.
I was surprised that my order was ready in just four minutes. It usually takes long time in TB but I guess staff here were trained well or maybe they somehow knew I was coming LOL I pick up my order and go to my table. I usually inspect all the items to make sure there was no meat added by mistake. So I did and all the items were made the way I ordered it YAY! I was actually surprised because my experience with TB has always been where I send me back at least one item. All the items tasted fresh.
The store looked clean from the inside. They had big booth for bigger group and couple booths for lovers lol
Anyways, all in all we had great experience. The only reason they didn’t get five stars was because their Mountain Due didn’t tasted right. The taste was defiantly different.
