Never showed up!!! They never showed up!!! We were scheduled and confirmed for help with our move. No call to let us know they weren’t coming and they did not return our calls that day. I’ve still not heard from them! It’s very difficult to speak to anyone at this company because they use some type of answering service. And an answering service can’t really help you. Not showing up is a really horrible thing to do to customers. We used this company in April and I was impressed with responsiveness at that time. Now they’ve got major problems.

These guys are nothing more than unskilled labor. I hired them to load my furniture on a truck. They were not able to get all my belonging on the truck yet the truck was only 60% utilized. Some areas were less than 50% stacked. They have no clue as to how to load a truck with furniture. I repeatedly asked them to wrap the furniture with moving pads I provided. What was wrapped was poorly wrapped and did not protect the pieces. More than 60% of the items were not wrapped at all yet I had half of the pads left unused. The helper, Mark, was disrespectful and arrogant. He claimed to be an experienced furniture loader but clearly he is not. When I pointed out things not done properly he did not correct the issues and even got worse at loading. I can only interpret this as childish revenge for being criticized. When I opened the truck to unload the load was in shambles (I took photos). Fortunately, there was no major damage.

We liked this service. It’s not a full-​service mover, just help loading and unloading a truck. I liked that they were available on fairly short notice, showed up on time, and got the move done.

We used solutions moving about a month ago and would highly recommend. The other movers loading our truck were very late and solutions moving was great about adjusting our time for unloading. They were respectful, organized, and a pleasure to work with.

At first I felt bad giving this review, but after emailing Michael the owner about my complaints and never getting any kind of response, I am even more upset with the situation. I have moved 4 time in the last 2 years for work and I have used many different moving companies and this was a disaster.
The move was scheduled for 7am and Michael, the owner, showed up alone explaining that his other employee had not shown up for work that morning. I immediately panicked because I was very specific that this was a 2 person job. Michael did what he could until he was able to get his other employee there, which didn’t happen until 10am. Once the 2^nd employee showed up, things really didn’t move much faster and I saw the other mover taking many breaks and carrying very light loads. Movers should be physically capable to carry furniture and other items up and down stairs with somewhat ease, since it is their job. This was definitely not the case! What should have been a 2 hour move turned into 5 hours. There were also gashes, scratches and scuff marks from them moving the furniture all throughout the hallway of my building.
At first, I was just happy to have the ordeal over with, but then when I got to my final destination where I was having another moving company unload my belongings, I realized just how horrible the load up had been. This company said the truck was packed the worst they had ever seen. My belonging were thrown all over, nothing was covered even though I supplied them with blankets and towels, one of my stools was almost broken, and honestly the list could go on and on with issues that I had. I felt like I had been scammed and taken advantage of after the moving company told me how horrible everything looked. Also note, that this was in another state and there was absolutely no competition between the 2 companies.
Do not use this company!

Solutions helped us unload a moving truck. We could not have been more pleased with their work. They were available on short notice (a few days). They called the night before and the day of our appointment to confirm. The workers showed up on time and were very pleasant, efficient and careful with our belongings. They made a challenging project nearly effortless for us. We will definitely use Solutions again should the need arise.
