The process started off incredibly. First they took my reservation online, and then confirmed it within 30 minutes with a phone call, and that is where it all ended. When I arrived at the center they processed my rental, and upon charging my card were impatient and accidentally triple charged the card. Oh well, it happens I thought to myself. After 30 minutes of figuring out what to do they voided the charge and then were able to run my card. YAY!!! but it wasn’t the end. they were supposed to fax my bank very specific information so the initial voided charge could be immediately reimbursed into my account. They didn’t follow the instructions, and went rogue sending what they felt like sending. I called a second time and gave the same guy the same very specific spelled out instructions, and he this time decided to not send the fax at all which has created a nightmare of extra financial problems while trying to move. One of these problems is I can’t afford to pay my final power bill because of their ineptitude. Avoid them at all cost because it seems like they’re doing a good job, but if anything goes wrong they screw you even further.
