Customer–«hi, do you know when you will be getting product A in» Employee–«no idea. If we had it, it would be in the section you just checked» *proceeds to wander off while never answering the actual question asked* Moral of the story; shop online. You will find that the customer service is much better.

It’s a JoAnns. And not an especially large or new or clean JoAnns. I have been there a few times but did not find the staff to be friendly or helpful. Like most chains it is hit or miss as far as help is concerned. Compared to other JoAnns I would say that the selection of merchandise is below average.
