I went in for an estimate the other day and while the tall, grey guy was writing up the review, another man came in who worked there spewing how much he HATES Mexicans and how they should ‘all be shipped back to Mexico’. What an ignoramous!!! I will not bring my business to a place with such a lack of integrity! Not to mention severe ignorance and racism!!! The owner of the business should check their employees for this type of ‘Trump mind set’…

The absolute best! These guys are super friendly, efficient and reasonably priced! I took my 2013 Jetta in to get my rear fender and tail light replaced! I brought it in Monday, was painted, replaced and ready to go by Tuesday 230pm. The car looks amazing!!! They even washed and detailed my car for no extra charge! Will definitely return if I ever needed body work again!

these guys are great! they did quality work, were a delight to deal with and made a bad situation much better. apart from a slight difference in the way one side of the bumper looks, i’d never know the car had work done, and i think it looks like they were never there.
they did the work they said they were going to do and even buffed out a scratch in the side door which wasn’t part of the accident. hopefully i won’t need them again, but if i do, it’s harry’s for me!

SUPERB customer service! Our daughter was rear-​ended on I-​40. Harry’s was recommended to us by the dealership. We called and Scott told us what we needed to do to get the car taken to Harry’s from the tow yard. He could not have been more friendly or helpful. When we went to look at the car, Jan Black was wonderful. He went over the entire car with us, showing us how badly it was damaged, pointing out and explaining about the cost of repairs. He called us after we left to give us an updated estimate on the damage. He told us it was going to be a total loss. Immediately after the insurance adjuster looked at the car, he called us again to confirm this, a full day before we heard from the insurance company. It was nice to get this news as early as possible so we could start thinking about what we were going to do next. I can’t speak to their body work but their customer service is exceptional!

I do not recommend Harry’s. They for years did quality work but that is no longer. Their staff is not customer friendly and they over charge for their work. They also are argumentative when asked why they do not complete their work. There are many other body shops in town and maybe they will realize that customer service is key as well as completing a job to the customers satisfaction. DO NOT USE THEM

They damaged the paint on my brand new vehicle while installing a grill accessory. Although it was minor, they didn’t offer to fix it. They told me if the paint began to peel from the scratch they made they would fix it. Although this guarantee was based on a handshake. They also got the interior pretty dirty from shop dust on their shoes. Sloppy.
