Probably won’t be visiting this location again. Overall it just felt a little grimy. I can’t be 100% sure, but while standing outside the restroom, it seemed like one of the employees didn’t wash their hands. I never heard the sink or hand dryer turn on. And the conversation between employees behind the counter wasn’t the most professional.

I ordered over the phone and was placed on hold for a few minutes. No big deal. Might be a busy night. The guy just says«sup?» When he finally answers. I place my order(steak and cheese on white with only mushrooms mayo and american cheese) and am interrupted a bunch while he slowly records my order, which I repeated slowly 4 separate times. I repeat the order one final time after he tells me «it’ll be like 9» me: «like…9 dollars or 9 minutes?» I get there and buy my order and repeat my order again to make sure they had gotten it right as I was pretty doubtful. The guy reassured me and I left. When I get home the thing has mustard, onions, green peppers and is on wheat. Really?! It was almost tasty and large enough to be worth the $ 10 but definitely not after messing up that simple of an order. Oh and get this: there was one person in the store eating and 3 people working. Won’t go there again.

Every time I have visited Firehouse subs, I have always had great service along with a very delicious sandwich. This visit was no exception. The engineer sub was filling and amazing. $ 8 for a fully involved sub, chips, and drink is a good price for me. I felt as if I were in a sit down diner as one of the employees waited my table once I was finished with my meal. Great food and great service earns it’s stars in my book.

Dear SubWay, I’m breaking up with you… Forever. I have been wanting to Try firehouse subs for a while now, and I finally found this one locally on Unilocal. We tried the hero sub and got to experience their 120+ option drink machine for the first Time. Overall it was a great experience, the subs were loaded down, just like the commercials advertise, and the taste was unexplainably good.

Delicious, no question, but a little expensive and incredibly bad for you. Subway has spoiled me into thinking that sandwiches must be healthy, but a glance at the nutrition here has brought me back to reality. The medium sub I got was nearly 1,000 calories and an entire day’s worth of saturated fat on its own! Most likely because of the lots of cheese. That said, the sandwich was delicious, as most terribly unhealthy things are. Service was fairly quick, but seating was quite limited. We got lucky finding a table. It’s worth going in if only to play with the fancy touch screen Coke machine. I’ve only seen a handful of them around, but 120 combinations of drink is worth a stop.

I absolutely LOVE their Honey Ham Subs. Unfortunately it’s the only thing I’ve ever gotten here, and I’ve never gotten it ‘fully involved’. This treatment is the works, complete with Mayo, Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion and a Dill Spear on the side. I’m sure it’s wonderful that way, but i’m all about«if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.» I could eat those subs EVERYDAY(some weeks i’ve almost achieved that goal). It is something completely different from Quizno’s, Subway, Jimmy Johns and Mike’s. It’s on it’s own level actually. They used to have a loyalty program but I think it’s been discontinued, but I believe they also have a kids night where I think kids eat free w/the purchase of an adult meal. Plus it’s associated with the Fire Department(founded by Firemen) and they often do fund raising for the local stations. So if you’re in the mood for a sub, but want something different from the others give it a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
