Domino’s Pizza

I would love to be able to do a complete review on this business, but do to the incompetence of the staff, I just can’t. Incompetent! That’s the word that comes to mind when I think of this place, and its employees. We ordered three hours ahead for lunch delivery at work, and they NEVER showed. The excuse was that they couldn’t find the HOSPITAL I work at. Do they not have GPS? Really?
So a whole shift of nurses don’t get lunch! THANKS DOMINO’S! Rest assured your competence and service ethic will be the talk of several homes and businesses in the greater Asheville area later today!

Well, I was told there was a two hour wait for delivery. I thought that was ridiculous on a Tuesday afternoon, but was nice and said that was okay. 3 hours go by and I call to make sure they hadn’t forgotten about my hunger and the fact that I have spent over $ 100 there this month alone, so they should be here by now. They said someone had called and voided the order. No. Not possible. I’m the only one at my place and that call never happened. It was just an excuse to not make a delivery. What an audacious and stupid thing to say to a customer who obviously didn’t void the order. I was offered nothing in return for their stupidity UNTIL I called again and expressed extreme displeasure (although nicely) with their service. Then I was offered my pizza but it would be ANOTHER HOUR wait! No, thanks. Normal people can’t go until 6:00 pm without eating. I had to hang up then because I was hangry at the moment and I am trying not to unleash verbal discipline on stupid people. I will never order from here again. Pathetic. It’s a shame too, because the gluten free pizza was good.

This is our GO TO for good pizza at good price! Had some mess ups but they were quick to make it right! Love this place! Weird, I never liked dominos pizzas before.

Great food, but the delivery can take a very long time. Sometimes it’s quick but sometimes it takes over an hour. Friendly service when they do arrive though.

Moved to this side of town almost two years ago and have been getting my delivery pizza from these guys. They have been consistently great with making my food, prompt delivery times and a nice delivery guy. I had to give them 5 stars because they have never messed anything up and the prices are pretty good too.

Not only the best Domino’s I’ve ever had, but by far, one of the best pizza joints in Asheville! I don’t know what their secret is but they have become a favorite in my home. Christy is awesome and almost always delivers a delicious pizza. The one time we had an issue with one of our pizzas, she offered to either make it over on the spot for delivery or pick-​up or credit us for a future order.
Their quality and service goes above and beyond and they should be a model for Domino’s franchises everywhere!
