My fiancé and I created a wedding registry in-​store at this location and were extremely impressed with the quality of the store’s customer service. We made an appointment for Sunday morning and there was a very knowledgeable associate waiting for us when we arrived, who explained the registry process in full detail and answered many of our questions. As we were walking through the store with our barcode scanner, we were told «congratulations» by many of the employees and asked if we needed assistance with anything. We were also extremely impressed with the product selection. I would highly recommend this store to anyone interested in creating a wedding registry or anyone looking for home goods.

I’ve been going here for years. I’ve never experienced anything short of great service every time I go there. I’ve purchased tons of stuff from here. Towels, bedding, floor cleaners, flatware, dishes… etc. I’ve always been met with terrific service.

My fiancé and I went to the Bed Bath and Beyond in Asheville, NC to begin a wedding registry. We didn’t know what to expect and weren’t really looking forward to doing this party of the wedding planning. We went on Sunday, January, 12. From the minute we walked into the store, we had an awesome experience. Rebecca was at the registry desk. Immediately she congratulated us and asked us all the right questions. Fran came over to help her out as well. Rebecca started by walking us through the first few items and left us to work on our wedding registry. If I had a question, she was there to help. Rebecca said she was new to the registry department and I know she will make a great addition! At one point I said something out loud about being thirsty and wanting a water and another employee (sorry I don’t know his name) grabbed me a bottle of water and even offered a cart, which was provided later by Rebecca. After finishing our registry, Bed Bath and Beyond provided a ton of information about adding to our registry and gave us info cards to provide in the shower invitations. With all the stress that goes into a wedding, it was nice to have people helping out and making one part of the process so much easier. Props to all the staff at Bed Bath and Beyond in Asheville, NC who helped us out that day.

I’ve never been treated so poorly by a sales agent than at this particular branch. The interaction literally left me crying by the time I left the store. No customer should ever have this experience.

Meh… chain…was jammed during the holidays. No one to tell me where anything was. I was like… get me outta here.
