Artista Cakes

I was so excited for my wedding cake and could not have been more disappointed with everything from this place. If I could give it no stars I would. She was 15 – 20 min late for our initial appointment which I should have taken as a warning for her complete lack of professionalism. Throughout the whole process she was difficult to get ahold of and never returned calls or messages. When it came to the wedding, I walked into the reception to see the most embarrassing and pathetic wedding cake; not even close to what was ordered. I was so embarrassed and upset that I almost told them to take the cake in the back because I didn’t want our guests to see it. On top of that, we had ordered 3 dozen tarts from her that were no where to be found. She was called and told us that the tarts were going to be 2 hours late to our reception. They never came. I’ll try to attach a picture of the cake ordered and what was delivered.
