This company is one of the worst businesses I have ever tried to work with. First of all they are dishonest. I scheduled with them last June for a week in August to come install my floors. The owner told me He would have no problem in August and looked forward to installing my floors. Of course he required half of the balance at the time of scheduling. On a Friday evening before his crew was supposed to come to my house on that Monday he called to say he couldn’t make it. They were very busy with new homes that other people were trying to close on. after several attempts to try and call him to find a date he could come he finally decided his crew could come in mid Sept. I told him I wanted the work done in consecutive days which we discussed in June and August. which he promised to do and said no problem. The crew came 2 days at the end of the week and didn’t come back until 3 weeks later. My house was left in disarray. His crew finally came back and worked 3 more days and again were pulled from the job at my house to work on another new house that was closing. All in all it took them 7 weeks to install my floors. The owner told me he would compensate me because I had to wait another month for his crew to start on my floors. Yet the bill didn’t reflect any compensation. He also wanted to be pd in full the day he finally finished. There were many other problems throughout this whole ordeal with his crew being late And not showing up with no one ever calling. He told me because he took an extra day installing the floors he couldn’t compensate me. I wanted to fire him however he had been paid for half of the job and had not done half the work. I would never work with this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
