Chili’s Grill & Bar

I find this Chili’s to be above average compared to others I have eaten at. The wait staff is very good at what they do! I ordered the fajita trio which came pretty quick and hot. The only complaint I have is the loud music. I am there to eat, not listen to a concert.

It’s okay. Place looks okay. I got sick from eating there but not sure if it was the food or not but just remember it not being enjoyable for the price I paid.

Just up from our hotel so I popped over for a drink and a meal a couple of times within a couple of weeks before Christmas. I sat at the bar both times. I almost didn’t go back after the first experience, because The food (cajun chicken pasta) okay tasting but had a bit of an aftertaste that I wasn’t fond of. The worst thing though, was it was barely warm. Like it had been sitting too long barely, but I didn’t have to wait for it at all so??? But what made me nearly not go back was the barkeep. Maybe she was having a bad day, someone giving her a hard time, or whatever, but I’ll tell you, with an attitude like that, people don’t want to be around you.
The second time was a completely different experience. The food was good, hot (fajitas on a hot skillet, so duh) and the barkeep «Mary» (i asked her name so I could put it in the review) was very friendly and attentive. Based on my second visit I’d recommend, but not on the first. I may go back sometime over the next few weeks that I’m in town, but you can bet I’ll look to see who’s tending bar before I choose where to sit.

The wait staff was excellent and everyone’s food was hot and delicious. The only drawback was the atmosphere, which was a little crowded and noisy, but that’s to be expected on a Saturday night. Will definitely be back!

Basic. Not worth writing home about but not bad. It’s a chain restaurant. I ordered the ribeye with the skillet potatoes & onion rings. meat was just okay, onion rings were not good at all & the potatoes were covered in cheese. You put enough cheese on anything & it’ll be good. It took a very long time to get seated & the bar tender was our server. We saw her a total of 3 times. Over all, I’m not impressed & will probably find someplace else to go on my Sunday afternoon.

Ok, Before you get carried away, a Chili’s is a Chili’s is a Chili’s and you would be correct, what you must know is that for Years Justus and Juanita (Mom & Dad) came here and it was the kindness of these few and more I do not know to name, that made this a regular spot for Mom and Dad, Dont just Dine, Come here and enjoy your second home.
Chili’s pay to hold on to people that make this place special because of heart and appreciate that!

***NEVER AGAIN****I have Celiac disease and was a little concerned about cross contamination, that’s the least of the worries. My food came out cold and when I sent it back, try put it back on the grill even the half chewed piece of fat that was on the plate. To me, that’s disgusting. Apparently the manager has no issue with it. Both my fiancé and myself were sick for a day or two after. That was after all I had was my house salad. BEWARE!!!

Probably the best bite I had to eat while staying in Asheboro. I got their chicken fajitas which were really good. The quality of the chicken was good, and it wasn’t too saucy like some fajita places. Service was great, and the atmosphere was comfy. Even though it was a short stay Asheboro, it was the best restaurant I visited.

My wife and I ate at chilli’s Thursday evening 6÷6÷13 in Asheboro, NC the service and food was awful not a typical Chilli’s. First of all there were no straws left for our drinks I typically do not drink out of the glass but I’m glad I started. I turned my glass up and saw something black in my drink… I waited for the waitress to come back to the table and tried to point out whatever was in my drink. She said she would get another drink. Upon her return I asked her if she finally seen it and she replied yes but it was not a problem she WAS NOT BUSY. I would hate to have seen what would have happened if she was busy.
Second, I had the steak & ribs, the steak tasted like they had accidentally spilled all the seasoning they had in the restaurant on the steak. It really tasted like I was eating chilli instead of steak. The ribs were decent.
I would not recommend that anyone eat at this restaurant… like I stated earlier this was not a typical Chilli’s experience.

This is a standard Chili’s location and thus gives a standard Chili’s experience: mid-​scale casual, pretty similar across the country.
This location is operated reasonably efficiently, service is generally acceptable. Often there are lines here on weekends, so call ahead to ask how long waits are. It seems to be a popular date night location with teens and other young adults.
The food is okay. If you’ve been to one Chili’s it seems you’ve been to them all. Compared to an Applebee’s or other similar style restaurant, the Chili’s niche is American style food with a Southwestern bent.
The Chili’s take out in this location is fairly nice. There is a separate entrance to the left when facing the building featuring a few dedicated parking spots. Ordering online is fast and convenient. For the most part they are accurate and get your order ready in the time you specify though I would suggest checking your order thoroughly as they have, on occasion, left things out here and there. (Sauces, etc. nothing major.)
Value proposition is high as they have a great deal for appetizer, entrees and sides for 2 people for $ 20. I’m giving it 4 stars as the staff here is generally very friendly and helpful.
