After moving, my daughter and I had consultations with 4 other local orthodontists and decided to make the 45 – 50 minute drive to see Dr. Wiger. We not only liked him the best but my daughter stated she wanted to be sure her teeth turned out as well as her brothers’. She was the 4^th family member Dr. Wiger treated and all resulted in beautiful teeth and I will gladly make the drive for the 5^th one! As stated on another review, Dr. Wiger is the Best of the Best!

The best of the best. They handle your kids with care and grace. They make everything as comfortable as possible and the staff is first class — as polite and friendly as you can find. It’s tough to staff an office with so many great people, but Dr. Wiger has done it.
He runs a tight schedule because he’s in demand, and he has a great rewards program for discipline and doing the right things to make your process easier.
Dr. Wiger is a true specialist and goes out his way to make sure you are comfortable and that you are doing what’s best for you (or your child).

Wiger Orthodontics is top notch! My whole family (9 people total) has been treated by Dr. Wiger and we all have amazing smiles! I really appreciate Dr. Wiger’s chairside manner and standard of excellence in his work. The staff is also really personable and friendly and take the time to get to know each patient… they aren’t just trying to get you in and get you out. They use email confirmation for appointments and offer online new patient forms which is super convenient! I highly recommend Dr. Wiger and his staff to anyone looking for great orthodontic care.

I recently completed my treatment with Dr. Wiger and I am completely thrilled with my result! Dr. Wiger and his staff are amazing! I actually look forward to coming to my appointments. They have convenient hours and Ive never waited more than 5 mins. The atmosphere is comfortable and the staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Wiger is very compassionate about his work. You can tell he loves what he does. I refer all my friends to him and will be bringing my kids to him as well. Great experience. Very impressed!

My youngest daughter was a patient of Dr Wiger at his Sterling/​Potomac Falls, VA office from 2010 to early 2013. A prior orthodontist advised us to have daughter’s jaw cut in two places, at added COST; however, Dr. Wiger advised daughter could be treated without cutting Jawbone.
Two years later, Dr Wiger’s treatment was completely successful. Daughter was so happy with results that she failed to regularly wear the prescribed retainer Dr. Wiger provided at end of treatment. Six months later, the retainer no longer fit; so Dr. Wiger provided a second retainer at no cost even though it was not his fault.
Office staff was extremely efficient and friendly and all appointments were on time within 5 minutes. Office manager handled all insurance claims and was friendly, yet professional.

They have a nice office but don’t be fooled. These people are far too busy to care. The schedule is so tight that they don’t honor their 10 min grace period for anyone because the physician needs to move directly to the next person. If you take time off of work and get someone to watch the kids, it will all be for nothing– even 5 min late is enough for them to tell you to reschedule. They either get you in when they get you in or not at all. I’ve also had them cancel on me because he needs to be somewhere else. Bedside manner would be much improved if they could give you the time of day but they literally want to get down to business and get out. Very displeased.
