This company ripped us off. Ordered 3 laptops and they sent them with 1 battery. While waiting for these we ordered another laptop. This one never came. I have called and left 3 messages and sent 3 emails. No response. Just terrrible customer service.

Do not use this company for a computer. First it took them over a month to ship our order. It took so long we had to buy another laptop instead. Next when we returned the laptop they said they couldn’t find it. Once they established that they had it, they did not refund our money. I call them everyday and I have never been called back. It has been 6 weeks. I will say that this company came to us highly recommended. But my experience has not been the same.
