Rita’s Sedan and Taxi Service

Great company! Always on time, even when I have to call for last minute trips. Definitely would recommend them to anyone, you won’t be disappointed.

Horrible experience. Bad customer service. We’ve used this service several times in the past and it was fine. The driver would show up on time and things went smoothly; however, after this last experience we will no longer be using Rita’s. We called to reserve a towncar to drive into the city for a concert. We were told they would send an SUV due to the road conditions. What arrived was an old minivan with leaky exhaust and a broken sliding door. We then had issues with the driver trying to have us pay for tolls that were supposed to be included in the rate. Calling the office when we were dropped off we were immediately met with hostility as if the owner was expecting our call. She lied and twisted what was said, demanded upfront payment for the ride home and threatened to not pick us up. On top of everything we ended up late for the concert. I would rather gamble on Über than ever give business to a place that treats their customers like this.

Originally, I just picked Rita’s out of the yellow pages… yes, some of us still use the yellow pages. It was excellent service and so far I have used this service again each time I needed to get to the airport. Being a business traveler, that is fairly often. Matter of fact, I am getting ready to call Rita’s for my next trip to the airport. Service has always been punctual and the ride is much better than most of the Washington flyer cars. I will continue to use Rita’s and I fully recommend them.
