I came to Nova plastic surgery to get a hydrafacial. The office was very clean and orderly and the staff were friendly and knowledgable. The hydrafacial treatment was great. It was a very enjoyable experience and my skin looked amazing. I would highly recommend this treatment and practice.

I loved my experience with NOVA and the HydraFacial I received. The staff was extremely courteous and professional and made me feel comfortable for the treatment. They explained exactly what they planned to do and why. My skin looks absolutely amazing after the treatment. My skin is less red, smoother, my pores look smaller and it feels moisturized! I had such great experiences at all of my appointments at NOVA Plastic Surgery. I set my appointments up through Jenn Philpot and she was so helpful and accommodating with my schedule. It is a very clean and comfortable office with such friendly staff! I have already referred my mom and a couple of girlfriends, and I will be returning for sure!

Dr. Nukta and his staff are simply amazing! I received excellent care from start to finish and highly recommend this office. As a manager of a medical practice and wife of a physician, my expectations are probably higher than many. I had consulted with and had laser procedures with other plastic surgery groups in Loudoun County but never received this kind of attention to detail and personal care. It is very refreshing to find a doctor and staff who really listen and take time to care for you as an individual. I consulted the office as I had a lot of sun damage and a history of multiple skin cancers. Dr Nukta explained the best options to both get rid of damaged skin and improve my appearance. He and his staff clearly explained the procedures, the expected downtime and outcome. They did a wonderful job keeping me comfortable during the procedures and the follow up care was exceptional. His PA and office coordinators are excellent as well. I can’t imagine getting better care anywhere else!

I had consulted with Dr. Nukta several months ago after attending one of their «Face by NOVA» lunch seminars, to see what he would recommend for my 53-​year-​old face. He examined me, and carefully explained the various procedures and what advantages they would bring me. A combination of Botox, an upper blepheroplasty (eyelid surgery), and laser treatment would bring me the best results, but he showed me how even Botox alone would give me a slight eye lift until I could afford the full treatment plan.
When I finally decided to move forward with Botox, Christy was very helpful in setting up the appointment to fit my schedule. I was greeted with Christy and Jenn’s friendly smiling faces, and given the paperwork to complete. Shortly afterward, Sherri brought me back to the treatment room and explained in detail what would be done, and happily answered all my questions before taking my «before» pictures. Dr. Nukta joined us while she did the injections, explaining to me why they chose the specific injection sites based on where my wrinkles were, and the desire to get a slight eyebrow lift in the process. There was very little discomfort with the procedure, and they gave me an ice pack to apply immediately afterward, which felt great.
The results were stunning. After only the one treatment, my forehead wrinkles are gone, I have an impish lift to my eyebrows (with less eyelid droop than before), and there is no «frozen face» you sometimes see with Botox patients. I truly appreciated Dr. Nukta’s and Sherri’s careful evaluation and application of Botox to achieve the best results for me.
When I returned for my «after» pictures two weeks later, Christy and Jenn exclaimed happily about how great I looked. Everyone at NOVA Plastic Surgery is so warm and friendly, and they make the experience comfortable for their patients.
I will definitely return to NOVA Plastic Surgery for all my cosmetic needs.

I had an unfortunate accident at home a few weeks ago. I punctured my left calf and was seriously injured. After going to the ER, I was referred to Dr. Nukta and his staff. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Nukta, Sherri Anderson, Jenn Philpot, and Christy Orsino. They were extremely helpful and very diligent in their working with me to get back to full duty as a police officer. Their advice and expertise got me back to work in no time. Jenn and Christy are awesome. They helped me set up my appointments according to my schedule, understand my health insurance benefits pertaining to using Dr. Nukta and they also gave me the proper documentation and paperwork for me to give to my department. I can’t thank them all enough. Excellent service and phenomenal people! I highly recommend!

The Doctors and staff at NOVA Plastic Surgery were warm and inviting and made me so comfortable — as I had never seen a plastic surgeon before.
They were patient with explanations of skin laser laser treatments, explaining the treatments, the side effects, expectations and costs. I had a full-​picture of what to expect.
They had great follow-​through — reaching out to me via phone and email. I’ve since had a 2^nd appointment, with a 3^rd scheduled, and now consider them my go-​to place for my skin needs!

I went to Dr. Nukta for a few issues that had been bothering me for a long time. I was very nervous to have anything done that might make me look different or «done.» After much discussion, I had several procedures done: an upper blepharoplasty, fat grafting to fill in the hollows under my eyes and restore the loss of fullness in my cheeks, and deep laser resurfacing on my face. To say I am thrilled with the results would be an understatement. I no longer feel self conscious about looking tired and worn out all the time. My face didn’t look this smooth and fresh in my 20’s! I look and feel fresh and youthful. All my worries about looking unnatural were for nothing; I just look younger and brighter.
My experience with Dr. Nukta’s practice, from start to finish, was superb. I felt welcome and comfortable from the first time I stepped into the office. Jenn, the patient coordinator, is warm and caring and was always able to put my mind at ease and answer every question I had. I have been in to see Dr. Nukta for a number of consultations and procedures and have consistently been treated with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. Dr. Nukta is really about serving his clients and provides expert guidance and recommendations. With other offices, I have felt like I was being bullied into buying services or product and I have not had one experience like that with Dr. Nukta’s practice. Dr. Nukta’s assistants are also quite wonderful with their kind smiles and the continuous support they provide. I never thought about having plastic surgery as I considered it vein. This changed when I saw an old friend who looked 10 years younger than me when she is actually older. That night I decided to do something about my sagging face. I am not high maintenence and don’t spend hours looking pretty but I thought why not do something for my self to feel better about my 64 year old face. I talked to Dr Nukta and was so happy with the experience he did not judge and was so confident without arrogance. He told me what he thought I would need but in a very respectful manner. I went with their face by nova package (fat graft and deep laser) words cant describe how happy I am. I look 20 years younger without looking fake it is so natural. no one can really tell what I had done. She just ask why I look so much better. I love nova ps and have been sending them my friends and my daughter. My only concern is that I look much younger than my husband now :-)

Dr. Nukta and his team are absolutely wonderful! I have visited this practice for laser hair removal and BBL treatments on my face. They always send pre-​appointment instrauctions, post-​appointment care information, and always follow up with a phone call or email after the appointment to check on how I’m feeling.
