This is the first time I’ve gone to this location in 6 years, I had high hopes since it was fabulous the last time I went. I guess the broken open sign was a sign I shouldn’t have walked into the establishment. I’m rating it one star because the food was absolutely awful. The chicken tasted like they poured a whole container of salt on each individual piece, the rice was way undercooked, I thought I was eating little bugs at one point because of how hard the rice was, the queso is what people rant and rave about but I’m pretty sure the cup of queso had enough salt to give me a heart attack if I were to ingest more than a few chips with the queso on it. The guac was okay, it had a tad too much cilantro in it. Overall, the best part of my meal was the Coke machine and my strawberry lemonade. Will not be back to this location.

Not busy but not a clean table in the entire place. Food on the floor everywhere and broken toilets. Not you average Moes…

If I could give negative stars, I would. I have had this(call out) 3 times now and EVERYTIME they mess up the order. First, they forgot my queso, then I ordered a large drink for the combo, gave me a medium but I NOTICED and had them switch it. Now, today, my co worker and I ordered. My co worker picked up and came back. I ordered a burrito, with a large drink and cookie. He came back with a medium drink and no cookie. Wouldn’t be a huge deal normally, but really? 3 times? Now we’re trying to call them but they won’t answer. This place is shady. Just go to Café Rio or Baja Fresh, it’s better anyway.

This has got to be the worst Moe’s I’ve ever had. Why would you sell people burnt/overdone chicken… I use to be somewhat open to eating at Moe’s every now and then. Never again. Good bye to Moe’s!!!

My husband and I are honestly addicted to their nachos. Although I keep telling him we should go on a Monday since they do have a good burrito deal. So we changed things up and went to this location since it was on our way home from church. We arrived around 7ish, and it was pretty empty. This location is pretty big so we walked up and ordered our usual. We picked out our toppings as we each got our own orders. He likes his spicy where as I like mine mild. Overall each Moe’s I’ve been to the food has been pretty consistent. This location also has one of those coke freestyle machines so you can customize your drink selection which is another plus point in my book. The only downer compared to its sister store in Leesburg, no napkin dispensers on the tables. The nachos can be a bit messy, so tableside napkins are a nice plus, so that’s my only complaint about this location. Otherwise, I’m certain I’ll be returning without any doubt as ohhh those nachos!!!

This Moe’s underwent a darker period after AOL’s moveout but seems to have picked up a little momentum as businesses have filled in the area. Management now appears to be onsite during most hours. Its probably the best Moe’s in the area as far as speed and accuracy. Food between the various Moe’s all seems fairly close, not amazing but a good Mexican fusion style food. This particular location also has free kids meals twice a week, on Sundays and Tuesdays(I believe).

We have been coming here for years, but things have gone downhill. First, the beverage machine is often empty. What is the point of being able to choose your own beverage when it’s empty most of the time. When we asked an employee to refill it, she just looked at us oddly and then we realized she didn’t speak English. Also, the dining room is often very dirty. Lots of debris on the seats, tables and floor. There were so many flies that I had to move tables to get away from them. The Moe’s Mondays are a good deal, but you have to put up with some aggravation for the deal.

Moe mondaaaaays is where it’s at. This place is relatively close to where I work and now it’s become tradition to go on Mondays. How do you beat a burrito or burrito bowl, chips, salsa and a drink for $ 6 and some change? I usually get the bowl as a healthier alternative and I enjoy the switch up from chipotle. Everything is so fresh and it makes it so much better. More choices too! I will advise that during lunch at this location you are better of ordering online and just coming in and grabbing it then waiting in a line that goes out the door.

I assure you this place has the worst service of any business I’ve visited, in my lifetime. The food is subpar to the Moe’s located in South Riding — Will avoid from hence forth. Try harder!!!

Nice place, good salsa flavors, that’s it. You pay $ 8 for burrito, but you have to search for chicken of beef pieces inside. Compared to cheap Chipotle or Baja fresh, this place is not worth to try again. You can eat, but you will not enjoy the food.

Upon entering you’ll immediately compare this to Chipotle, and unfortunately it’s just not as good. The meat is distinctly not flavored or cooked as well as Chipotle, but I like their increased options like ground beef, extra vegetables, and extra salsas. Also their salad comes in a taco shell, which is unique. Overall I’d say it’s not a real contender in this space, but it’s not a bad option either.

Have been to this location three times in the last couple of months. Every time the soda machine is full of empty options. There was a time when they ran out of queso. I don’t feel this place is managed correctly. I’ve given this place a fair chance but it doesn’t seem to improve. I will not be going back.

Been to this establishment that calls itself Moes over three times. Not once have I experienced a shortage of some sort. First time the queso dip was out. Ok, fine life happens but the following two times I came with my family the soda machine wasn’t stocked… I couldn’t even get coke! One star. Not coming back

Came here for lunch and was not impressed. The soda machine was broken and I couldn’t even get water. Had to drink hot tea while eating beans. The food had no flavor and the staff didn’t look happy at all to serve us.

I would give Moe’s 3.5 stars but since Unilocal STILL doesn’t let us give half stars so I bumped it up to 4 because the staff is always so nice when I come. I don’t know why this place has so many bad reviews, I’ve never had a bad experience. If you’re coming here expecting real mexican food, you’re not going to get it. This is where you go for a fast food burrito place. You can’t beat Mondays where you get a burrito, chips, and a drink for $ 5.99. I always get chicken and there are a ton of topping options, including guacamole.

I am not a fan of this place. Chipotle has much better tasting burritos. I tried it twice and both times I felt like I wasted my taste buds. It wouldn’t be fair to be so mean without offering how I think this place could do better. Easy, fresh and better tasting tortillas, and change the recipe you’re using for the rice.

While the food was standard for Moe’s(love the queso) the environment was not. When I walked in nobody acknowledged my presence. Then I walked up to order and, despite someone standing right in front of me and nobody else in line, I had to wait. The employee who was there continued filling the bins with ingredients and basically ignored me. My visit was around 8:00 on a Sunday night with only two or three groups in the building. As I went to fill my drink the counter was filthy. I got my food to go and started to leave. When I did I noticed many of the tables were dirty and chips all over the floor. No clue how long they had been there, but they weren’t busy at all so it was probably too long.

This isn’t the most consistent Moe’s as far taste, but they are getting a lot better. The restaurant clean, but could be cleaner, and the staff is fairly professional. Overall, it’s pretty good.
