One word to describe my experience with Ashburn Children’s Dentistry is upsetting. I find myself getting upset every time I even think about this place. We wasted precious time, resources and money here. The doctor there told me that my son had a severe lip and tongue tie and that he was being referred immediately for a sleep study and to a cranial osteopathy doctor. Weeks went by. No one called. I followed up with Ashburn Children’s Dentistry several times and was repeatedly told that I would be sent the information for my son’s referrals to my email. Never received anything. I called and left messages. They stopped returning my calls. So like I said before. It was a complete waste of our time, resources and money. Ashburn Children’s Dentistry took our money and did nothing for us and my son is who had to suffer from their negligence.
