Wonderful lunch buffet, varied items! Butter chicken and goat curry were delish! They had rice pudding and some kind of yummy cashew bread pudding too. Service was fantastic, especially for a buffet lunch… fresh Naan is served tableside…1 star knocked off only because almost every single dish was a bit too spicy for me but hubby thought it was medium spuced.

Traveling for business from Chicago, and this was the best curry I have ever had. Just enough kick but not overdoing it. The service was great and the owner is a nice and engaging enough with great recommendations based off your palet. I would fly on my own dime to eat here again. The rice pudding is great also! Wonderful experience!

I went for weekend buffet with my family. Food was great. My family is non-vegetarian and they loved the chicken dishes. I liked everything in veg and dessert. Mr. Madan was very friendly and he took very good care of us. The staff is very helpful and friendly. For sure I am going to visit again.

Went today… Here, Weekday buffet is weekend buffet’s left over. Any Indians can easily find out its reheated taste. Carrot halwa is totally messy and over cooked. Fried rice and noodles were dry. During buffet itself, I guess someone reported. Hence they took off noodle. Rice was still dry. Trusting these reviews, I went. Not sure, if these reviews were made by their own people or food tasted during weekend. I would say NEver never go for lunch buffet during weekday. It is waste of $ 12

Delicious, delectable, and delightful! My family and I love Indian food and have eaten it all over the world. The food at this place can compare with the best of them! We went with a party of 5, and each of us had a different dish, from the mild Malai kofta to a devilishly spicy goat Vindaloo. All were complex, bursting with flavor, and generous in size. The naan was fluffy and delicate, and the rice was fresh and light. I love that they provided complimentary pappadums to start. The service was attentive and polite. The décor is nicer than the name would suggest. Expect elegance and white tablecloths. Our meal was a great experience and a great value. If you love Indian food or just want to try it, go to this fantastic place! You will love it!

Had an awful experience with their boti kabobs and instead of satisfying their customers, the manager kept denying that their dish doesn’t smell bad. I’m a lamb lover I’ve eaten some really tasty Indian lamb dishes but their boti kabob was too smelly and horrible to eat. Absolutely average food for that price. On top of that, the manager offered to change the dish himself and came to pick up the kabobs and literally stood outside my door ate the kabob and argued that theres nothing wrong with it. Bad customer service, not going there again.

After repeated visits I have seen their naan to be impeccable and always hot. Their variety has improved and service is best in Ashburn. Madan and his son take personal care of guests and their kabobs are also top quality.

I came in early at 5.15pm and they were very welcoming. Waiter recommended lamb sag and I went for it. Kingfisher beer with some popadoms to start. Very good and the lamb was tender(not stringy) okra delicious and nan bread just right. Next time I am in the area I will be back and try the kebabs

What a fantastic meal we had at Kababs & Curries. We only sampled a couple of items as we were on our way home from work. We started with Chili Paneer, which was an appetizer with fresh cottage cheese, cooked in fiery dry tangy sauce with chili onions and garlic. My wife and I both loved this dish, just the right amount of spice, we ordered it spicy. At the owners suggestion we ordered the Chicken Malai Kabab. This came on a sizzling platter with onions and green peppers. Everything was served with naan, saffron basmati rice, chick peas and raita, a yogurt sauce. We loved everything that was presented to us. The staff was super friendly and the owner visited our table several times. The décor is beautiful for a little corporate center, and the place is immaculately clean. We can’t wait for our next visit.

I don’t hand out 5 stars often! Incredibly flavorful curries, awesome naan bread, perfectly cooked meats from chicken to fish and lamb. The chef is awesome! Service is excellent and prices are very reasonable especially considering the level of quality. I hope they do really well and stay around for a while. Must try

Awesome service, they make you feel right at home with some lentil chips, even if you’re waiting on take out like I was. Cold beer and the food is excellent.

Another good Indian place popping up in the area. It’s not in the best location so I’m really pulling for them to stay open! Décor: very stylish and nice. The plates were fancy and I liked the vibe. Service: excellent. On a Sunday when we arrived there wasn’t a ton of people there so we got waited on hand and foot, including by the owner I’m assuming. They were very kind and attentive, filling up water and giving us advice on what to order. The food: I don’t know who wrote on here about this place and them having small portions for the price. Not true! Our meals both were massive and we had leftovers for 2 – 3 days. My mom got the lentil curry and I got the spinach with corn which was delicious. It was a nice surprise that unlike many other Indian restaurants in the area, their food wasn’t overly salty. Only complaints would be that the naan wasn’t very fresh and the vegetable platter appetizer. The samosa in it was actually one of the best samosas I’ve had in a while. However everything else was deep fried which was a bit odd. I got the veggies to be healthy but felt completely opposite and ended up picking off some of the batter. Overall I’ll definitely be back to try lunch buffet and a few other things on the menu. Great first impression!

There are Indian restaurants popping up in Ashburn and surround areas a bit too frequently. It’s almost a gastronomical whack a mole game as one shuts down and other one pops up. To stand out, one must offer high quality food at a reasonable price and portions that make sense. I was driving by, noticed the sign and decided to pick a few items to try out the new place. My decision was also based on some of the Unilocal!reviews I was able to view on my phone. I walked in, looked at the menu, and decided to try a few items for a carry out as I was expecting some friends at my place. I ordered Chat Papri, Chilli Chicken, Lamb Saag, Naan, and Tandoori Shrimp. The bill was almost $ 80 so it’s definitely on the pricey side and not a place one would like to visit frequently. The quality of the food was okay and nothing special. The biggest concern and weakness was the portions. For example, at almost $ 20 bucks for Tandoori Shrimp, you get a few pieces(7 – 8) of overly marinated and over-cooked shrimp and nothing else. Lamb Saag also felt over-priced at $ 16. I certainly dont mind paying the money but lack and judgement in serving the right portions is going to cost this place a lot of customers. Overall a mediocre experience but at a premium price tag.

New Indian joint across from Bean Tree. Really good food. Prices comparable to other Indian restaurants in the area(aka pricey). Had the goat biryani, lamb bhuna masala, palak paneer, butter chicken, and butter shrimp. Check was $ 90 before tip(no booze). Everything was spiced right… Kids food was very mild with good flavor.
