Scheduled a time for a technician to come out to fix a PVC pipe that burst the day before. Technician never showed up and never bothered to call to say he couldn’t make it. Now I have to wait until after the winter storm this weekend to get the pipe fixed and I wasted an entire afternoon sitting and waiting for no reason. If I had known they were so irresponsible, I would have called a more competent company.

The workers never came to the scheduled appointments to fix the sprinklers and even charged me with a bill. When I emailed them complaining about the mix up, nobody bothered to email me back. They are always late to previous appointments. I would not trust them with your lawn care.

This team is great. I have used them to maintain my sprinkler system for the past 12 years. For a reasonable price they service it annually, clearing out the water from the system to winterize it and then return in the Spring to check it out and get it operating again. They also installed it without difficulty in my rocking soil. I particularity want to recognize them for when I needed them to service the system before I sold my house. I was on a particularly tight schedule. They were willing to come to me on their time off to accommodate my needs. This was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend you consider Creative Irrigation for you sprinkler needs Thanks! !!

GREAT SERVICE! Service technicians are knowledgable and dependable. They even came to my house at night in an emergency situation when my sprinkler burst and was shooting water 50 feet in the air nonstop! THANK YOU! I definitely recommend them!
