Been using for a year now and I feel lucky when my order is correct and clothes are not ruined. Pros: $ 2 Same day service Cons: They burned the buttons off on a bunch of shirts. Not kidding they were freaking melted.(They fixed the buttons with little push back) They gave me my order that had someone else’s shirts and mine were missing(fortunately they were able to fix it within a week by finding my shirts, although they did push by telling me my order was right at first) As of recently they’ve started stapling the tags to the clothes. Like 2 freaking staples through the collar of my Thomas Pink dress shirts. Who the hell staples tags to clothing?

I really wanted this place to be my «Go To» cleaners given the dirt cheap price per garment, but I’m willing to skip this place for a few reasons. 1) The store has a horrible odor, most likely due to the harsh chemicals used to clean their clothes. Nobody else seemed to mind it, but it hit me just outside the door and caused me to gag a little. My clothes came back with the same horrible odor. The smell on my silk blouse was so overwhelming, I had to take it off almost immediately. 2) I was told my clothes would be ready by 6pm the next day. I couldn’t make it in the next day, but went in the following day — my clothes were still not ready and I was told to come back tomorrow. Upon reviewing the receipts attached to my garments, it seems like the dress I brought in required a little longer because of a stubborn stain. Luckily, I didn’t need the clothes back in a rush, but just be aware that it may take a longer than 1 day(with no notice given). 3) They staple their tabs to the labels on your clothing. This isn’t a deal-breaker, but for some people it might bother them. 4) Lines. This wasn’t a huge deterrent for me — I realize this place gets a ton of business because of their cheap prices, but just keep in mind that it can take awhile to get in/out. My clothes came back clean with no missing buttons/snags. If it weren’t for the horrendous odor, I would be back.

I’ve been going here nearby my office for about a year and the cleaning quality is excellent, but absolutely hate the thick staples used to attach their tabs to my labels; when I bring this up I’m told that they handle such a high quantity of dry cleaning daily that they only time for staples, but I would pay an extra $ 0.25/item for glue-gun tag attachment that is easier to remove and would protect the labels I should probably send to a more expensive cleaners… Bottom line, great cleaning, one can use a credit card despite the low price and they have always done an excellent job with my stains without ever losing an item of clothing. The chemicals are a bit harsh and definitely not organic, but it’s $ 2/item so you get what you pay for in that respect.

it was ok, they do need to get an AC in there, it was like a Sauna, and the clothes didn’t shrink, the ASAP cleaners in Ashburn always ended up shrinking my clotes

A quality job on my first huge load of clothes I took there, and you can’t beat the price, $ 1.99 a piece. Nice that even with that price you can use credit. It is pre-pay at drop off FYI.

The best thing about this place is the price. You might have to wait in line and please don’t brave the rest room(where you have to change for alterations) but at $ 1.99 I can’t complain too much. Clothes come back clean and nicely pressed. If they miss a strain they’ll redo it at no cost.

Wow — The negative review must be for some other establishment. I’m with Victor and Jay. The services has always been friendly, responsive, accommodating, and of good quality. I’ve moved from the area but still pass through to get my clothes serviced. You can’t generate that level of customer loyalty without exceptional customer service. Everything from tailoring through cleaning has been great. As far as the negative reviewers. phhhhbbbtttt…

I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a dry cleaner. Clothes looked awful when I got them back(creased, dog hair, etc) and the staff was incredibly rude to me and the customer in line behind me. He asked an innocent question and she snapped that the girl«didn’t speak English, leave her alone». He just asked if a tear was fixable! Never coming back.

Customer service is horrible. Find another dry cleaner! Told a customer NEVER to come back again unless knew the difference between laundered and dry cleaned!

This is the best dry cleaners in Ashburn and their prices cannot be beat! Other cleaners in the area charge $ 10 to clean a dress worn once. Not here! Now I can wear whatever I want without having to think of the cost of dry cleaning. My husband was happy with their services for his shirts as well. Everything is always perfectly pressed and they even offered to sew on a missing button for one of his shirts. LOVETHISPLACE and recommend it to everyone in the area.

Best and least expensive dry cleaners around!!! The people are so nice and courteous. The price is reasonable… I am shocked that people go elsewhere. My clothes are pressed perfectly.
