Beware! They are not really interested in helping patients. It’s just a «business» to them. It’s not about providing care.

Friendly and professional staff. They wasted no time. Dr Inman is the best and I could tell he actually cared about me. Finally a doctor who I can trust. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone.

The care here is excellent. Doctors always attentive and quick. Will even call you to follow up if concerned. Really like them.

Best urgent care experience I’ve had. I came in yesterday with severe vomiting, and everyone was so kind. They immediately took care of me, and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. The doctor I saw had the best bedside manner, and was able to calm me down, even though I was extremely upset and could barely stand from how exhausted I was. When they decided I needed to be transferred to the ER, the doctor called over there himself and let the staff know what was going on, and when to expect me. Couldn’t have asked for better efficiency or kinder, more professional staff. Ashburn Walk-​In Clinic and Primary Care will definitely be my first choice from now on when I am in need of medical attention.

Went here recently for an injured foot/​toe. The front desk was very polite, the medical assistant/​nurses (not sure which) were nice and the NP who examined me was excellent. She was very thorough and compassionate. She took her time and did not seem rushed.
The facility was clean and well-​lit, there was ample parking. The paperwork was the typical process. The wait in the waiting room was a bit lengthy, given that I was the only person in the waiting room and I saw only one other person in the back (but as a medical professional I know better than to second guess what is going on behind the scenes, so I won’t.)
I’m sure if I had a worse injury or problem, they would have moved me back faster. You really don’t want to be at the front of the line in an urgent care/​ER. That, I know.
They sent me off for an x-​ray down the street and called me back that day with results. They were very efficient. I would and will go back and bring members of my family and recommend them to others.

It’s pointless to make appointments here. My son had a 2:30pm appointment and we didn’t leave the clinic till 3 hours later! Save your time and go elsewhere!

Went in for a basic annual physical and they charged me $ 75 even when I went in before my appt to confirm it was fully covered under my insurance. Had to talk to 4 people before they reversed the charge.
My wife also went in for a soar throat. they charged us $ 225 for a 10 minute visit, When we called to dispute it they said «maybe you should not have used our clinic» and hung up on us.
Terrible customer service, we will never return! Be aware of this «walk in clinic»!
