Excellent store and a staff that goes above and beyond to give their customers a good deal and great service. I no longer hunt around for the best deal on the web. I check Advance Auto and if they have it in the store I order it and go pick it up. Never disappointed by the experience.

Ordered a car battery online at this location. Indicated this battery was «in stock» so I proceeded with the transaction with the intention of picking it up today.
Car wouldn’t start this morning (despite charging the old battery overnight) so I had to ride to the store on my sportbike in 38 °F degree weather to pick up the new battery.
Arrived at the store and spoke to an attendant who found my order on his terminal. Inventory reflected that the battery was in stock & available but two attendants searched the shelves and rear stock area and couldn’t find the particular battery that I bought online last night.
I explained my situation (I had parked my car in a temporary spot last night thinking I’d be able to move it this morning) to Juan who may have been the manager. He agreed to substitute the next level battery (since transferring the battery I ordered from another location would have taken a day to arrive).
I’m thankful that Juan went above & beyond to spare me the hassle of another freezing trip on my motorcycle (and a possible parking violation). I don’t recommend riding a bike with a 40lb battery in a backpack.
